Ovarian appendage, epoophoron, is between the peritoneum of the wide ligament of the uterus in the lateral part of the mesentery of the fallopian tube , between the ovary and the end of the tube .

The parasite , paraoophoron, is a yellowish color of the bundle of convoluted tubules, which is the remainder of the tubules of the lower part of the middle kidney. It has the form of small, closed from the extremities of the tubes, sometimes connected by the residual vas deferens, ductus deferens vestigialis, and is located medially from the ovary adnexa between the peritoneal sheets.
