Intervertebral osteochondrosis is a chronic disease of the spine, in which, due to degenerative changes in the intervertebral discs, narrowing of the intervertebral space is observed in combination with the upbringing of the teeth along the edges of the vertebral body and excessive overloads of small joints.
Since such a disease can lead to the prolapse of the intervertebral disc, with any agony in the spine, it is necessary to conduct examinations (for example, myelography). Only a timely operation can prevent the occurrence of irreversible nerve damage in such cases.
For oral therapy of this disease are shown:
1. China-Homaccord S - 3 times a day for 8-10 drops;
2. Colocynthis-Homaccord - 3 times a day for 8-10 drops;
3. Cimicifuga-Homaccord - 3 times a day for 8-10 drops;
4. Osteoheel S - 3 times a day for 1 tablet.
These drugs can be taken as if together, and alternately.
Depending on the specific symptoms in the schedule of therapy, you can additionally include:
1. Gelsemium-Homaccord (drops) - with cervical syndrome;
2. Ferrum-Homaccord (drops) - with agony in the back of the neck and in the shoulders;
3. Ranunculus-Homaccord (droplets) - with agony in the thoracic region of the spine and intercostal neuralgia;
4. Ammonium muriaticum-Injeel (in the form of "drinking ampoules") - with flour in the sacrum;
5. Spascupreel (tablets) - with acute agony - 1 tablet every 15 minutes;
6. Traumeel S (ointment) - for massage, especially with miogeloses.
For parenteral therapy, China-Homaccord S , Colocynthis-Homaccord , Cimicifuga-Homaccord , Traumeel S , Neuralgo-Rheum-Injeel , Variolinum-Injeel are prescribed ( especially with severe flour in the sacrum).
To reduce pain, injections are shown by the "blister" method along the spine of the Discus compositum + procaine mixture. It seems that paravertebral injections (2-3 times a week) of Zeel P , in which the contents of 2 ampoules of the drug (each 2.2 ml) are injected equally on the right and left of the spine.
In addition, Suis-organ preparations Funiculus umbilicalis suis-Injeel (acts on the connective tissue) and Discus intervertebralis suis-Injeel (potentiated intervertebral disc tissue) can be used. Dosage: 1 intramuscular or subcutaneous injection of a mixture of drugs per week for 4-5 weeks. After a month's break, the course of therapy can be repeated.
To enhance the therapeutic effect, a stepwise autohaemotherapy with the above drugs is prescribed. For more details, see the appendix.
