Deformation of the neck of the thigh bone, knee joint

Deformation of the femoral neck is congenital (less often), in which the neck-diaphysial angle is reduced to 45 ±, and acquired (traumatic origin, the consequence of rickets, inflammatory processes, etc.), in which the angle is 8090 ±. The disease manifests itself as a "duck's gait," lumbar lordosis (swelling), restriction of lead and rotation (rotation) in the hip joint.
Treatment is carried out in two directions: therapy of causes of deformation and surgical (deformation itself).
Deformation of the knee joint can be congenital (as a rule, one-sided) and acquired, the frequent cause of which is rickets, inflammatory diseases.
Treatment is mostly operational.
