Giant urticaria (swelling of the quinck)

The complexion gets a cyanotic shade, then abruptly turns pale. In the absence of rational therapy (including subcutaneous injection of 0.1% 1 ml of adrenaline) patients may die in the event of asphyxiation.
Treatment:
First of all, eliminate, if possible, the allergen. Assign drugs, antihistamines, desensitizing and folliculitis, boils, face, acute lymphangitis and lymphadenitis.
