Indurative skin tuberculosis

Is observed in the overwhelming majority of women 16-40 years old and is localized mainly symmetrically on the shins. Deep in the dermis and in the subcutaneous tissue appear tight knots, the skin over which gradually acquires a pink-cyanotic color.
Nodes, opening up, form ulcers. They heal slowly, leaving a smooth embroidered scar. The disease is prone to relapse in the fall and winter time.
