Atseponat methylprednisolone (Methylprednisolone aceponate).

Glucocorticosteroids for local use.
When applied to the skin to rapidly penetrate the horny layer, where the hydrolysed with formation of active metabolites - 17-propionate and free methylprednisolone.
When applied in various forms of eczema, atopic dermatitis, neurodermatitis.
Applied ointment, cream or emulsion to the affected skin with a thin layer of 1 per day. It is recommended to use an adult no more than 12 weeks, the children - no more than 4 weeks. Under these terms Advantan ointment, unlike other corticosteroid ointments do not usually cause atrophic changes of the skin.
In tuberculosis and viral skin diseases, the drug is contraindicated.
When bacterial or fungal skin lesions require more specific therapy.
Do not use in patients with perioral dermatitis. Do not get in eyes.
Product: 0.1% ointment tubes 5, 10, 15, 30, 50 and 100 grams; 0.1% cream in tubes 15, 20, 25, 30, 50 and 100 grams; 0.1% emulsion for topical use in tubes of 20 and 50 g.
