Description of the medicine: Tribuzonum (Tribuzonum)

TRIBUSON (Tribuzonum). 4- (4,4-Dimethyl-3-oxopentyl) -1,2-diphenyl-3, 5-pyrazolidinedione.

Synonyms: Benetazon, Benetazon, Trimethazon.

By chemical structure is close to butadion. It differs only in the structure of the side chain at position 4 of the pyrazolane nucleus.

Has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic effect. Reduces platelet aggregation and increases fibrinolysis.

Applied in the same way as butadione, with inflammatory diseases of blood vessels (phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, acute and chronic thrombosis), with rheumatoid diseases (rheumatoid arthritis), ankylosing spondylitis, arthrosis, spondylosis, bursitis, tendovaginitis and other diseases accompanied by an inflammatory component. The effect of the drug in inflammatory diseases is mainly due to its analgesic effect. Assign a drug for gout.

Use tribuzon inside (after eating) in the form of tablets (0.25 grams): adults take, starting with 1 tablet 4 times a day (after eating), in severe cases in the first days of 6 tablets a day. After 2 to 4 days, the dose is gradually reduced, with long-term treatment, 1 tablet is prescribed 2 to 3 times a day.

Possible complications, precautions and contraindications are the same as with the application of butadione. The drug is contraindicated in pregnancy.

Form release: tablets of 0.25 grams in a package of 30 pieces.
