PEGASPARGAZA (Pegaspargasa).

Synonym: Onkaspar.

Complex (covalently linked) Connect L-asparaginase and monometiksipolietilenglikolya.

According to the mechanism of action similar to L-asparaginase.

Applied with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (with the development of hypersensitivity to L-asparaginase).

Assign intravenously or intramuscularly to adults and children with a body surface area greater than 0.6 m 2 2,500 IU / m 2 and less than 0.6 m 2 - by 82.5 IU / kg every 14 days.

Possible side effects and contraindications are basically the same as that of L-asparaginase.
