AESCUSAN *.
Standardized water-alcohol extract from the fruits of horse chestnut (Aesculus hipposastanum L.). Contains flavonoids (similar in nature to the routine), saponins and other substances, including escin (see Reparil).
The drug reduces the permeability of capillaries, increases the tone of venous vessels, reduces inflammation.
Applied as venotonic and antithrombotic agent for venous stasis and widening of the lower extremities, hemorrhoids, and ulcers of the lower leg.
Assign inside 10 to 20 drops 3 times daily before meals. Treatment should be carried out under the control of blood coagulability.
