Proteolytic preparation, obtained (as well as caripazine) from the milky juice of a melon tree (Sarica raraua L.). Like karipazinu contains enzymes papain, chymopapain, peptidase, as well as mucolytic enzyme lysozyme.

The main effect of lekosim is related to its proteolytic activity, however, there is specific chondrolithic activity.

With increased sensitivity (itching, fever, etc.), antihistamines are used.

Lekosim is contraindicated in acute inflammatory processes in tissues, infectious diseases, tumors, protrusion of the herniated disc in the spinal canal, pregnancy, expressed neurological disorders.
