Description of the medicine: Leaves of nettle (Folia Urticae)

LEAVES OF THE BOWL (Folia Urticae).

Collected during flowering and dried leaves of a wild perennial herbaceous plant nettle (Urtica dioica L.), the family. Urticaceae contain vitamin C (0.1-0.2%), carotene, vitamin K, tannins, mineral salts and other substances.

Sometimes applied as infusion as a hemostatic for pulmonary, renal, uterine and intestinal bleeding. Often prescribe liquid extract of nettle along with a liquid extract of yarrow. Also included in the collection of multivitamin (see).

Briquettes are produced from crushed nettle leaves weighing 75 grams, divided into 10 lobules. One lobe is poured with a glass of boiling water, it is insisted for 10 minutes, filtered, and cooled. Assign 1 tablespoon 3 times a day.
