The second exercise is. Take a record of some monotonous noise. For example, the sound of the sea. About affirmations now. In fact, many seem incomprehensible and unlikely that we pay attention to affirmations, nevertheless. Everything that mankind has collected and invented is useful, we are studying.

No doubt, maybe this is true for muscles, but in this case it is a very fine instrument. And he (the brain) does not tolerate revolutions and violence. True, doing nothing to him also does not bring good. However, training should not be turned into torture. Better a little bit, but regularly. Let not the whole complex of exercises, let only one, but every day.

Forming a skill is a delicate matter. And we are talking about the development of a skill. And here it's not speed that matters, but quality.

Still, remembering techniques can be used, but for now we will consider methods of remembering people, which can be applied and not being occupied with specially memorized systems.

But they still have something in common. This is what when memorizing people, when you meet, you must include concentration of attention to the maximum . After reading the paragraph, stop and imagine a "picture". Then pause for about 4-10 seconds and again imagine the images that you designed before. The fact is that simply "evoking" images is not enough, they must also be secured.

Now the last argument in favor of the fact that the imagination must be developed.

Our memory works as follows - it only remembers the visual images more specifically. Even if a person perceives information by ear, he still primarily builds visual constructions, although often he does not realize it.

Reads a person's artistic text, diluted to the same epithets and adverbs, images are constructed easily, quickly, so the text is understood and remembered.

But when it goes a little more difficult - the imagination does not have time to work and sooner or later a stop occurs. Therefore, to perceive and memorize complex texts, two things are necessary - a developed imagination and some time to get a specific picture on our internal screen.

The test of their last release is not so difficult as it is for perception, but it is overloaded with details that need to be imagined. After all, if we read a work of art, we often do not pay attention to details and do not overload our short-term memory. And then you need to imagine everything in the smallest detail.

Detail. When constructing visual images, we spend sufficient intellectual effort and very often we limit ourselves to this, which leads to the fact that after some time we find with surprise that little is remembered from a generally simple text. That's why scanning the "clean" image of the text, that is, already built, helps to memorize the text, since all efforts are concentrated not on creating images, but on memorizing.

And if we talk about, say, study, then the same principle should be applied to tests in chemistry, physics, biology, etc.

Well, the better the imagination works, the less effort we spend on the design of images, the brighter the images, the better the text will be remembered. But even in this case, pauses for "scanning" images are necessary.

Now let's get down to the questions of imagination development. Then I feel a little embarrassed myself. There are several reasons. First of all, in our newsletters about this we have already written a lot. Secondly, it may seem to many that the imagination and "intelligence development in special services" correlate little. Here special services, and here children's things like "imagination". This, of course, from the fact that we often confuse "imagination" and "fantasy". Although fantasy is also a wonderful thing.

But that's what we were convinced of. Working with Vladimir on a textbook on intuition and telepathy and a textbook on processing information from open sources within the framework of our course, we were once again convinced that without IMAGINATION nothing will come out.

1. "The screen of imagination." As you remember, this exercise is done once a year or two. It takes up to 20-30 minutes a day. By the way, those who have performed this exercise, we observe an interesting effect. At first glance, after doing the exercise, nothing happens. Everything is as usual. But then, sooner or later, suddenly a situation happens with which a person copes much easier than before, or in general starts something that he did not even dream about before. For example, one of our correspondence students wrote that he made a "screen of imagination" and felt nothing. And a week later a letter came in which he wrote that he remembered all the material on the exam, felt very confident and, most importantly, struck the teacher with all sorts of details.

2. Several times a day to do a simple exercise. Take a simple object, even your palm will come down. Carefully look at it until you feel that attention is beginning to go away. Tutu close your eyes and try to call up the image on the internal screen. Then open your eyes and compare the imaginary with the real.

3. We assume that you regularly read fiction. As soon as you get a "boring" fragment (for example, a description of nature), read it carefully and try to imagine what you read.

4. You read a newspaper or a book. Randomly choose two or three nouns and come up with a story in which these images are the main characters. Only thus should they move and interact with each other.

Exercises for the development of the imagination are in fact very many, and we deliberately do not cite this great multitude, since we imagine that immediately the problem of the "Buridan's ass" will arise, when one wants to do everything at once, and nothing is done as a result.

These four exercises are more than enough. Let's say more. It is enough just to perform any of them regularly. There is no doubt that the most radical is the "screen of imagination," but the other three are quite effective.

In addition, we are preparing a special picture, which will be enough to watch five minutes a day. This picture, we confess, we got not in the arsenal of the psychology department of any specialized educational institution, but in the book "Development of the right hemisphere" Merylya Zdenek, which was published in the publishing house "Potpourri". The first experiments showed the effectiveness of this method - the contemplation of a special image.

Well, now to the mailing list. So, the first conversation with Egor. But first a few words about him. The title is quite high, the post also. He came to the organs after the termination of the Polytechnic Institute and immediately after this higher course of the KGB. Unlike Vladimir, there is no special higher military education. Vladimir, if you remember, after school he worked at the plant, then passed the selection and was sent to the military school. That is, Yegor is a more civilian, and with a completely different training. But, judging by his career, he also achieved success.

"... You know, from the point of view of memory development, we did not have special disciplines. Maybe in the military school it was given, but we just had an exam on the courses. That is, initially the memory should be good.

They gave a lot of tests, mainly on visual memory and observation, on the concentration of attention.

At the Department of Psychology worked only 5 people, so the program in terms of your interest was quite poor.

But the basic postulate - the memory of all students is excellent, only it is necessary to ensure a constant high level of its work.

And what prevents memorization the most? Stressful situations. Himself, you are off balance with something. Will you remember normally? Probably not.

So, we had only two disciplines - self-regulation and the drawing up of a psychological portrait of a person.

First, let's talk about the first. Self-regulation. That is, the ability to come to a state of mental equilibrium in a very short period of time, regardless of what brought him out of it-something good or not. You can also miss a lot of jokes ...

And in what way is this way out of the state of equilibrium first manifested? On a physical, physical level. Let's say you're worried. Begins, as they say, "sucking in the pit of a stomach" or just some painful feeling arises in the solar plexus area. In this case, the blood flow along the body also changes.

Therefore, first of all, we were taught to relieve stresses in the body, to focus on your sensations and body in such a way as to quickly come back to normal. This is all the more important that when making a decision, you must also be in an equilibrium state. I do not remember who, but very correctly said: "Any decision made in a state of emotional imbalance is obviously wrong."

Here, the three main components are respiration , muscles and the circulatory system . And the techniques should be such that they can be used in any situation. Applicatively, again to your topic, for example, someone came for the exam. We must quickly come to working condition. Well, you will not become in the audience to lie down on the floor, to demand that everyone keep silent and so on. We must do everything quickly and not very noticeable for others.

Let's start with breathing. When a person is excited, he always changes the rhythm and depth of breathing. It becomes more frequent, shallow. So, we need to adjust it.

It's simple. It is necessary to straighten your back, and it does not matter whether you sit or stand, and take a few deep breaths, and concentrate on breathing. To think only of him, to imagine how the air passes through the airways, fills you with energy. At least, during breathing, all extraneous thoughts for a time completely disappear from consciousness.

Well, probably, you yourself heard that you need to do a few deep breaths-exhalations in the peak situation. Nothing special I now did not say, but still there are moments.

Firstly, I already talked about this, but I repeat again - the back should be straight!

Secondly, breathing should be not just deep, but very deep. That is, the breath becomes long, so that at first the stomach goes forward, then the chest is lifted, then the shoulders. And all this in one breath. And at some point it seems that everything is enough. So, after that, you need to continue to breathe a little more.

Thirdly, it is necessary to pause for three or four accounts and not count quickly once or twice or three, but "twenty-one, twenty-two, twenty-three." And it is extremely desirable to pronounce the account distinctly, albeit to yourself.

Fourthly, inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth, and necessarily in the same sequence - the stomach, thorax, upper lungs.

This simple exercise is enough. Of course, breathing exercises are very many, systems too. All of them, however, grew out of yoga and it's hard to say which ones are better, which ones are not. Most likely, all systems are good if you know them more or less and, most importantly, apply them.

To bring the breath back to normal, it is enough to make four or five breaths-exhalations. In fact, it does not hurt, regardless of the situation, this exercise is performed several times a day. Time does not require practically.

Now about the body. It is necessary to quickly reset muscle clamps, that is, to relax. You can just concentrate in turn on all the organs and give them a command to relax. First the muscles of the face, then the chest, hands and so on.

But personally, I'm using this exercise.

1. Clearly imagine the two crosses that cross your body.

2. Mentally draw a vertical line along the spine - from the coccyx to the top of the head - and two perpendicular to it: the first - from one shoulder to the other and the second - passing through the hips.

3. Imagine that the cross is made of a durable and flexible metal that bends according to the movements of your body.

4. To relax, just let the cross take its natural position. At the same time, the head and spine straighten, the shoulders are at the same height, the hips align.

5. If you learn to mentally create a similar cross, then you relax very quickly. At the same time, the head slightly stretches upward, the shoulders straighten, the arms hang, the muscles of the back support a straight posture.

A letter has come, the author of which reproaches me for some inconsistency. They say, paused in the subject "Intuition and telepathy" and did not post the promised books on the analysis of information from open sources. And the topic of self-regulation and breathing is not needed by anyone.

As for the break, I will say that I will return to the topic, it's just not the time yet, I have not digested it so much that it's easy and easy to paint everything. You can say that it declared a little prematurely. It's okay, we'll be back in a couple of weeks.

It so happened that at the same time several letters with the same question came, and therefore I will answer, so to speak, collectively. In addition, I have not seen my friends since the last release of the newsletter, and the principle of sending such a one-talked, recorded on a dictaphone, and processed for publication.

So, what kind of question is this?

In one issue of the mailing, it was about an exercise that allows you to achieve phenomenal memory. This exercise is associated with keeping a diary on a special technique.

The exercise is checked by time, Vladimir told me about it, then I met it in somewhat distorted form, as in several manuals, and on the Internet.

And they ask, in general, the same question: "I've been doing it for two months already, and I have not yet seen any shifts. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? "

Considering that there are lots of positive examples of using the exercise, the conclusion is, indeed, something is being done incorrectly. ОПИСАНИЕ УПРАЖНЕНИЯ.

В разных вариациях, как я уже отмечал, оно описывается в нескольких источниках, не всегда авторы публикаций отмечают, что упражнение это было дано человечеству Пифагором. Тем самым, теорему которого мы изучали в школе.

Увы, зачастую знакомство с творческим и научным наследием этого величайшего человека этой теоремой и исчерпывается. Между тем, существует убеждение в некоторых кругах (я так же сторонник его), что величайшим гением в истории человечества были не Леонардо Да Винчи и не Эйнштейн, а именно Пифагор. По крайней мере, по глубине познаний истин самого высокого порядка. Сам Пифагор, правда, утверждал, что он всего лишь прилежный ученик мудрецов Атлантиды, которые передали ему большой объем знаний.

Во всяком случае, что касается психологии, то его психотехниками пользовались и тот же Леонардо, и Наполеон, и Александр Македонский, и Макиавелли.

Не все дошло до наших времен, тем не менее, насколько я располагаю сведениями, некоторые работы Пифагора открыто не публиковались, более того, покоятся в архивах спецслужб Великобритании.

Большевики всячески преследовали русских последователей Пифагора, но многое у них и взяли. Вообще в этом плане ЧК и СД действовали удивительным образом похожими методами – интерес к разного рода тайным знаниям. В частности, и те и другие посылали экспедиции на Тибет (экспедиции Рериха, например, инициировались советской внешней разведкой), и те и другие тщательно собирали всяческие источники, и те и другие с удовольствием сажали в лагеря и на «шарашки» носителей этих самых «тайных» знаний.

Но перейдем к описанию упражнения. Прежде всего, предупредим, что не удивляйтесь внешней его простоте. На самом деле тщательное его выполнение требует определенной дисциплины, неукоснительного следования мелочам. Пойдем по пунктам.

1. Каждый вечер записывайте в дневник события дня, причем скорее это должен быть не перечень всех событий, а только основных и, самое главное, должна быть дана эмоциональная оценка дня. ТО есть прежде всего Вы должны ответить на вопросы типа «Чем я доволен, чем не доволен», «За что могу себя похвалить, за что порицать» и так далее.

2. Каждое утро Вы должны просматривать последние записи.

3. После того, как Вы войдете в рабочий режим и ведение дневника перестанет вызывать у Вас сложности, переходите на воспоминания двух последних дней. Затем трех и так далее. Желательно довести до семи дней. Причем записывая события, скажем, двух дней Вы, естественно, запись ведете раз в два дня, вернее, в два вечера, но просмотр дневника должен осуществляться каждое утро.

4. Результаты начинают ощущаться примерно через два-четыре месяца после начала выполнения упражнения.

5. Со временем Вы сами выработаете некий оптимальный режим ведения дневника. А следствием выполнения этого упражнения будет резкое увеличение способности к запоминанию и активизация памяти, то есть Вы будете в состоянии вспомнить то, что Вам кажется основательно забытым.

Вроде все просто, не правда ли? Даже может немного не верится, что это упражнение так эффективно.

Сегодня суббота. Ответьте на вопрос – а что Вы делали во вторник? Только не давайте ответов вроде «ходил на работу» или «смотрел телевизор». Как правило, если в этот день не было никакого события, подействовавшего на Вас достаточным образом с точки зрения эмоциональной (к примеру, у Вас был день рождения или крупный выигрыш в лотерею), то день этот толком не вспомнится. А теперь еще вопрос – что можно сказать о памяти человека, если вся неделя легко встает у него перед глазами?

Но теперь пора описать ПРИНЦИПИАЛЬНЫЕ МОМЕНТЫ.

1. На записи не следует тратить слишком много времени. Вы должны укладываться в минут 15-20 максимум. Стремитесь записывать только ключевые слова и предложения.

2. Избегайте подробнейшего описания события дня вроде покупки талончика в киоске или лишней съеденной на обед булочки. Принципиально важно прежде всего отметить эмоциональные моменты. Ведь что является основным врагом памяти? Не возраст, не умственные нагрузки и пр. Серость дней, обыденность. А таким образом Вы возродите свои эмоции. Значит, и память.

3. Принципиально вечером именно записывать, а не лежа в постели и готовясь в путешествие в царство Морфея предаваться размышлениям на тему «Мой сегодняшний день». Мысль легко переходит на другие предметы, внимание рассеивается.

4. Обязательно утром просматривайте записи. Причем не просто читайте, а просматривайте и вспоминайте.

И самое время рассказать о ТИПИЧНЫХ ОШИБКАХ.

1. Лень писать или осуществляются попытки ведения дневника с помощью диктофона. Только писать! Причем вариант с ведением дневника в WORD тоже не проходит. Вы максимально сосредотачиваетесь именно тогда, когда пишете.

2. Не всегда делают утренний просмотр дневника. Ошибка! То же самое, если Вы будете просто «вспоминать», мысль быстро уйдет в сторону.

3. Увлечение записями по мелочам. Не мелкие события, а эмоции прежде всего! Если Вы захотите подробно описать Ваши чувства по какому-либо поводу, то это нормально. Но если Вы начнете подробно описывать абсолютно все события, то просто потеряетесь в мелочах.

4. Необоснованно быстрый переход на большее количество дней. Вы должны преодолеть стремление поскорее выйти на рубеж семи дней или пропустить, к примеру, этап «четыре дня», как это сделала одна моя ученица. Мотивация была предельно проста – «у меня получилось три дня, какая разница, можно сразу на пять дней перейти». На самом деле она просто поехала в командировку и по этой причине не стала вести дневник. Вы должны сами почувствовать ту самую степень легкости ведения дневника на определенном этапе и только тогда переходить к следующему. Причем четких временных границ здесь нет, они весьма и весьма индивидуальны.

Но самая типичная ошибка – «растекание мыслью по древу», когда даже при записи начинаешь о чем-то мечтать или просто не знаешь, что писать. Поэтому мы разработали ФОРМУ ВЕДЕНИЯ ДНЕВНИКА (тот самый помощник, о котором шла речь выше).

Не поленитесь, возьмите ежедневник или тетрадь, затратьте полчасика и на каждой странице напишите следующие пункты:

1.       Дата.

2.       Погода.

3.       Яркие события.

4.       Что я сделал должного.

5.       Что не сделал должного.

6.       Какие поступки заслуживают осуждения и требуют раскаяния?

7.       Каким поступкам следует радоваться?

8.       Сильные эмоции.

Лично я поступил таким образом. Набрал все это дело, распечатал на много листов формата А5 и отнес в переплетную мастерскую. Мне показалось это более удачным вариантом, чем просто сидеть и исписывать страницы. Этакий вариант ежедневника получился. Сейчас буду постепенно переходить на вариант ведения дневника методом интеллект-карт. Построим, что из этого получится.

Ну что же, с дневником вроде разобрались.

Ну, наконец-то я до Егора добрался. Сегодня продуктивно побеседовали, а поводом к началу беседы послужило то, что очень много писем приходит на тему «Как попасть в специальные учебные заведения, какие заведения готовят специалистов разведки» и т.д.

А теперь беседа с Егором.

«…Лучше я расскажу для начала, как у меня было. Я закончил технический ВУЗ и попал по распределению в один достаточно закрытый институт. Проработал три года и как-то меня вызвал начальник первого отдела и предложил пойти работать в КГБ. Ну, во-первых, это достаточно было престижно, интересно, да и чего греха таить, материально выгоднее.

И меня направили в Высшую школу КГБ. Потом, кстати, выяснилось, что меня год проверяли. Закончил и пошел на оперативную работу.

Так вот, человеку с улицы попасть в такое заведение довольно сложно.

В Москве есть академия ФСБ и академия СВР (служба внешней разведки). В принципе можно попробовать туда. Но путь довольно сложный. Сам понимаешь, лишь бы кого не берут.

Вообще-то в подготовке специалистов есть два основных направления – оперативная работа и техническая. Мы, кстати, технарей называли «биномами». Это шифровальщики, радиотехники, аналитики. Не знаю, как сейчас, но чуток раньше будущих «биномов» искали по школам среди одаренных математиков. Проверяли биографию, родственников и предлагали учиться.

Подготовка там была очень приличная. Я несколько лет назад заехал в Академию ФСБ, так увидел там объявления, что разные структуры приглашают выпускников-«биномов» на работу, причем деньги обещались немалые.

В Академию СВР попасть вообще мало шансов просто так. Либо нужно обладать какими-то особыми качествами. Во всем мире, например, в Англии профессия разведчика считается очень престижной. И там уже сложились наследственные династии. Жизнь показала, что этот принцип себя, в общем-то, оправдывает.

И у нас примерно такое же положение дел. К тому же человека, у которого отец работал в разведке, проверять нужно гораздо меньше.

Но попытаться в принципе можно. Для этого нужно придти в районный отдел КГБ или ФСБ и заявить, что так, мол, и так, хочу учиться. Причем именно в районный отдел, а не сразу в более высокую инстанцию. В райотделе проведут первичный анализ и тогда отправят в центральный аппарат города или области. А та уже устроят спецпроверку на годик примерно. И по итогам дадут рекомендацию. Без рекомендации вообще делать нечего.

Но чаще всего предлагают пойти учиться в какое-либо заведение. Само собой, что человека уже проверили, пришли к выводу, что из него выйдет толк.

А вообще специалистов готовили в Школах КГБ, но где они сейчас есть и как называются, я не знаю, хотя, если хочешь, могу узнать. Еще академии, о которых шла речь, и в Новосибирске готовят специалистов военной контрразведки.

Что касается твоей тематики, то там, где я учился, у нас было два предмета – психологический портрет человека и саморегуляция, то есть умение держать форму в любой ситуации и после любых нагрузок.

Mentally you begin to imagine how the heat goes on the legs, and you start with the left, then "connect" the right, then the right hand, the transition to the left ...

And to make it easier to achieve the result, imagine that this heat carries the blood. Sit and imagine how the blood goes from the bottom up. And it does not matter how it actually goes. A symbol is important ...

I honestly do not know how to fit all this into your newsletter. It's kind of simple, but it's required to explain something, not hurrying up, in detail. I'll think about it, maybe I'll put out a plan. You just have to do exercises, feel, believe ... "

On this we are still interrupting, but here is the moment. In the world, nothing happens by chance. Only I touched on the topic of how I was contacted by a psychologist from Samara Dmitry Petukhov, who offered to get acquainted with his work on this topic. We agreed with Yegor so that he will look at the materials sent by Dmitry, and it may well turn out that this will help to draw up a plan.

In the article - what I did, I propose, as self-evident, inculcated new habits. For example, to instill the habit of wringing out every day. We write in the column - that I did my duty - I pressed it off .... once and print out such a diary for at least forty days so that the habit will fully come to life.

Posted an article - plans for tomorrow. This article teaches you how to plan your life, starting with a small one.

Commentary . Not bad at all! I myself add the item "new people". As for health - an interesting idea. Well, about the fallen-otzhalilsya - this is not bad, but very individual. And as to what diary to print out the days to forty ... Better by 30 or 70. Although this, of course, the figures are conditional. But somehow 9 days, 40 days and similar things - I prefer not to mess with them. Better something neutral.

And I'll look through Zhikarentsev somehow. Maybe he's good, but I somehow talked with him, and I did not quite like how he talks from the point of view of the great and mighty. I trust in such matters only for those who have a properly constructed speech with a decent vocabulary, rich in intonations. For example, like Anna Anatolyevna Nechai. Or Ernest Tsvetkov.

Letter 3.

Well, in this case it's not the letter itself, but its retelling, since from some point on I deleted it. Nevertheless. It dealt with the fact that the author of the letter was advised, when recalling the events of the day, to remember them not in direct order, but in reverse, that is, not in the morning, but in the evening.

A comment. And here I'm not sure. It turns out some kind of mixture of two exercises. The first - keeping a diary, the second - later.

In my opinion, do not create additional difficulties, besides remembering the day in the "ordinary" flow with emotions to understand easier. And they oh, how important! Plus, the fact that memory better captures logically related information.

And the second exercise is very useful and looks like this. From time to time, before going to sleep, think about something. Say, a cat or a tram. Sooner or later you will catch yourself thinking that you are already thinking about something completely different. And we need to return to the subject of reflection not immediately, but gradually, remembering the way in which the thought went, when it left the object of reflection. It is checked up - very effective reception of development of concentration of attention and memory.

By the way, a lot of such simple, but very effective techniques are contained in the course "Memory. Intelligence. Success". The main thing is written simply, fun and interesting. And to be engaged pleasantly.

Добавил статью - планы на завтра. Эта статья приучает планировать свою жизнь, начиная с малого.

Комментарий . Очень даже неплохо! Я сам добавлю пункт «новые люди». Насчет здоровья – мысль интересная. Ну, насчет упал-отжался – это дело неплохое, но очень индивидуальное. И относительно того, что дневник распечатать дней на сорок… Лучше на 30 или 70. Хотя это, конечно, цифры условные. Но как-то 9 дней, 40 дней и тому подобные вещи – я предпочитаю с ними не связываться. Лучше что-то нейтральное.

А Жикаренцева просмотрю как-нибудь. Может, он и хорош, но я как-то беседовал с ним, и мне не совсем понравилось, как он разговаривает с точки зрения великого и могучего. Я в таких делах доверяю только тем, у кого правильно построенная речь с приличным словарным запасом, богатая интонациями. Например, как у Анны Анатольевны Нечай. Или у Эрнеста Цветкова.

Письмо 3.

Ну, в данном случае это не само письмо, а его пересказ, так как с какой-то стати я его удалил. Тем не менее. В нем речь шла о том, что автору письма посоветовали при вспоминании событий дня вспоминать их не в прямом порядке, а обратном, то есть не с утра, а начинать с вечера.

Комментарий. А вот тут я не уверен. Получается какая-то смесь из двух упражнений. Первое – ведение дневника, о втором – позже.

По-моему, не следует создавать дополнительные сложности, к тому же вспоминая день в «обычном» течении с эмоциями разобраться полегче. А они ох как важны! Плюс тот факт, что память лучше фиксирует логически связанную информацию.

А второе упражнение весьма полезно и выглядит так. Время от времени перед сном о чем-то сосредоточенно думать. Скажем, о коте или трамвае. Рано или поздно вы себя поймаете на мысли, что думаете уже совершенно о другом. И нужно вернуться к предмету размышления не сразу, а постепенно, вспоминая тот путь, по которому шла мысль, когда уходила от объекта размышлений. Проверено – очень действенный прием развития концентрации внимания и памяти.

Кстати, масса таких несложных, но очень эффективных приемов содержится в курсе «Память. Интеллект. Успех». Главное – написано просто, весело и интересно. И заниматься приятно.

Как и развиваться под наши диски «Музыка Интеллекта». Вот прекрасная штука. Ничего делать не надо, только заниматься под них, а эффективность, к примеру, усвоения текстовой информации повышается в несколько раз.

Ну вот, слава Богу, и прояснилось многое. То есть к нам в Минск приехал Дмитрий Петухов, провел тренинг, оставил материалов массу, но обо всем по порядку.

Кстати, маленькая поправка. Как Вы помните, я пригласил еще одного человека в соавторы рассылки, при этом назвал его Егором. И каждый раз мысленно «спотыкался», когда его упоминал. Потому что на самом деле он Юрий. Решил, так сказать, все законспирировать, чтобы никто не догадался. Но так писать трудно, так как если пишешь о том, что сказал человек и при этом обзываешь его псевдонимом… Возникает определенный дискомфорт.

Преодолеем. Так что «прощай, Егор!» и «привет, Юра!», тем более, что человек он замечательный.

Итак, преамбула ближайших выпусков.

Напомним, что в ведении рассылки участвуют помимо Вашего покорного слуги еще два человека – действующие сотрудники определенной спецслужбы Владимир и Юрий. У обоих прекрасная память. У обоих ясный аналитический склад ума. У обоих прекрасное самообладание.

Работают в разных отделах. Учились в разных учебных заведениях. Программы с точки зрения развития интеллекта совершенно разные. Но результат прекрасный в обоих случаях.

Владимир учился по той же программе, по которой и составлен примерно наш Курс «Память. Интеллект. Успех». Скажем более того, программа курса во многом откорректирована им, равно как и учтены многие его замечания. Тем более, что это он делал с некоторым дальним прицелом – сын студент технического ВУЗа, ему все это очень помогает. В общем, программа включает в себя развитие памяти, мнемотехнику, повышение концентрации внимания, умение работать с большими объемами информации.

У Юрия на кафедре психологии мнемотехники специально не давали, занимались только психической саморегуляцией, самогипнозом и самовнушением. Развитие памяти и повышение концентрации внимания – фоновый эффект, но достаточно мощный.

Один из них оперативный работник, второй больше кабинетный, работает с информацией.

Владимир в беседах со мной ни разу не ошибся при упоминании каких-либо фактов, дат, данных. Юрий опять же не ошибся ни разу при вспоминании деталей каких-то пусть даже мимолетных событий приличной давности.

Так что же лучше? Какая программа лучше? Видимо, обе хороши.

Но сегодня начнем разговор о втором варианте, то есть о психической саморегуляции.

Материалы, который мне привез Дмитрий, Юра посмотрел. И заявил, что именно так его учили, и согласился стать экспертом-консультантом по этому поводу. К его мнению стоит прислушаться, человек в чинах и в органах уже более 20 лет. Впрочем, об этом я уже писал.

Итак, тренинг «Психическая саморегуляция», который состоялся на эти выходные в Минске. Краткое его содержание, так как это станет содержанием и ближайших выпусков рассылки.

1. Теоретическая часть.

2. Базовые упражнения.

3. Управление психофизическими параметрами.

4. Ежедневная практика.

5. Проблемы самоконтроля при занятиях.

Все это будет снабжено комментариями Юрия и его примерами из практической деятельности.

Но вернемся к вопросу – а все же что лучше? Какая программа?

По итогам семинара мы все вместе пришли к выводу, что лучше всего сочетание обоих программ. Если говорить опять же о курсе, то в некоторой степени в нем это прослеживается. Но связь эту следует углубить. Кстати, не досадуйте те, кто уже заказал курс и занимается по нему. Им в обязательном порядке пошлем письма-инструкции.

Те, кто курс не заказывал и не хочет этого делать в силу каких-либо причин, все равно найдут для себя массу полезного.

Кстати, самое интересное оказалось в том, что при всем многообразии литературы по психологии развития книг по психической саморегуляции в последнее время выпущено было всего две. Конечно, на самом деле книг очень много, но все они сразу переходят к освещению сложных техник и вполне могут человека неподготовленного сбить с толку и разочаровать, так что то, что мы приведем в рассылке, можно сказать, будет на вес золота.

Естественно возникает вопрос – а что это за книги? Дмитрий сегодня уехал и по мейлу передаст мне точные выходные данные книг. Тогда я и помещу их в рассылке.

Но мы собираемся дать квинтэссенцию методов на уровне инструкций «сделай так, потом так», причем очень и очень структурировано. Единственное, что многое придется принимать именно как инструкцию, а если Вам нужна будет полная поясняющая информация, вы сможете найти ее в этих книгах. Хотя мы постараемся сделать так, чтобы острой необходимости в этом не было.

Честно говоря, я выступал как организатор тренинга. Устал малость. Мог бы денек и подождать, но впечатление от тренинга осталось весьма сильное и захотелось его Вам передать. Пусть оно послужит мотивом и для Вас.

Кстати, помимо всего прочего открылась и перспектива решения проблемы обучения во сне, благо советские психологи ее решили, но информацию об этом найти было сложно. Теперь она у нас есть. Это отдельный пласт и мы выделим проблему обучения во сне и в измененных состояниях сознания в отдельную рассылку.

В общем, не хотим хвастаться и предвещать события, но, похоже, наша деятельность получает новый виток развития.

Хочу сказать вот еще что. Присутствующих на тренинге можно было условно разделить на две категории – те, кто у нас занимался либо очно, либо заочно (большинство) и те, кто пока только приступает к своему развитию (пока меньшинство). Хочу с удовольствием отметить, что наши ученики вызывали чувство гордости, так как материал они схватывали на лету и очень быстро все осваивали. Более того, они помогали это делать всем остальным.

Ведущий тренинга отметил, что такого рода группа, с высоким процентом получивших планируемый результат, ему попалась впервые.

Это лишний аргумент в пользу того, что «программу Владимира» и «программу Юрия» необходимо объединять, что даст очень сильный эффект. Чем мы и займемся.

Как интересное дополнение мы сможем, наконец, внятно ответить на следующие типы писем, которые иногда вызывают улыбку или нам казалось, что они несколько не по теме:

- Как все это применить в единоборствах;

- Как записать информацию «на подкорку» и насколько это возможно. Очевидно, подразумевается, что человек ничего не делает, а информация в него «входит». Can. Только далеко не во всякого войдет. А как стать таким – мы ответим;

- И еще часто приходящий вопрос: «Вот я смотрел фильм про золото партии. Так там чиновнику, мирно пьющему чай, звонили, говорили условную фразу и он сигал из окна. Можно ли сделать так, чтобы я позвонил преподавателю, он выслушал кодовую фразу и поставил мне нужную оценку? Или в банке выдали крупную сумму? И вообще как это сделать?».

Ответим. Аргументировано. Хотя это больше будет для веселухи. Но в любой шутке…

Кстати, пришло много писем насчет дневника. Интересных. Оставим до завтра-послезавтра. На самом деле надо поспать, хотя пару писем сверхинтересных.

Есть письма и от скептиков. Например, «откуда Вам известно о том, что слушают в аналитическом отделе ЦРУ и Интеллендж Сервис?». Поверьте, если что-то пишем, значит знаем. Просто нужно уметь читать определенную литературу, которая есть в открытом доступе.

Опять же приношу извинения, что не выложил пока учебников по анализу информации из открытых источников.

Две причины. Первая. Делаем очередной новый сайт, там это планируем сделать. Второе. Просто не хватает рук. Надеемся, что наш постепенный рост достигнет того уровня, когда мы сможем увеличить количество этих самых рук.

Прошлый выпуск рассылки, видно, не очень понравился читателям, так как реакция была, мягко говоря, слабоватой. Честно говоря, я и сам малость недоволен. Но что делать, писал по горячим следам проведенного тренинга и особенно тех перспектив, которые он открыл. Узнал так много всего…

Поэтому тему Психическая СамоРегуляция (далее будем просто именовать ПСР) займет Ваше внимание несколько следующих выпусков. А чтобы не казались выпуски однообразными, будем сообщать разные интересные вещи и публиковать кое-что еще полезное.

Но прежде, чем приступить к основной теме, все же вернусь к теме «Система Пифагора», то есть к ведению дневника. Честно говоря, один аспект я упустил намеренно. Не в том плане, что чего-то недосказал, Боже упаси, а в том, что я не привел всех тех результатов, которые могут быть получены с помощью этого упражнения.

Да, понятно, развитие памяти. Да, развитие наблюдательности. Да, обостренное восприятие. Но об одном моменте я пока не писал, так как боялся, что мне просто не поверят. И, наконец, свершилось. Один читатель рассылки прислал письмо, которое я просто не могу не опубликовать.

Hello! Добрый (день или другое время суток - не угадать, часовые пояса разные) :)
Около двух месяцев читаю Вашу рассылку, около месяца пытаюсь (если быть честным) вести "дневник Пифагора". И спустя указанный период отметил интересные детали в скорости обработки информации сознанием.

Заметил за собой, что при концентрации внимания, в скоротечных событиях время как бы "замедляется", все происходит как в замедленном кино или в "крутых боевиках", где главный герой с первого этажа приземляется в течение получаса в лучшем случае. :)

А если детальней, то в критической ситуации (обыкновенная драка в частности) скоростные удары противника воспринимаются замедленными. И что самое интересное отметил для себя, что реакция тела на уход от удара стала значительно выше!

Хочу сказать, что ранее боевыми искусствами не занимался, единственный грешок был - 6 лет занятия культуризмом (бодибилдинг - кому как нравится :) ). И сами понимаете, что скорость сокращения мышц у данной категории людей, не смотря на силу, во временном промежутке несколько, извините, "заторможена", если угодно, "скована".

В других ситуациях стал видеть быстро движущиеся предметы в более замедленном темпе.
Интересно, кроме повышения скорости обработки информации и как следствие - экономии времени, гимнастика "прокачки мозгов" у кого-нибудь давала такой результат, или все сводилось в увеличении объема кратковременной и долгосрочной памяти?

Вот тот самый результат, о котором я не писал намеренно. Понимаете, я в источнике, из которого брал это упражнение (источник закрытый), об этой возможности читал. Дело на самом деле не только в улучшении памяти. Это скорее следствие. Дело в том, что это мощная психотехника, активизирующая деятельность мозга и заметно развивающая многие его функции. Такие, как концентрация внимания, скорость реакции и так далее.

В Америке есть один преподаватель, который может спокойно ловить рукой летящую мимо него стрелу, пущенную из лука. Но не только может делать это сам, но и учит этому своих студентов.

В процессе выполнения упражнения он не «сверлит» пространство взглядом и не гипнотизирует пока еще покоящуюся стрелу. Он просто сконцентрирован.

Я с большим любопытством наблюдаю серии пенальти в ответственных матчах. И заметил такую вещь, что чем меньше голкипер демонстрирует свою готовность поймать мяч, чем лучше его результаты. Все дело в концентрации внимания.

Злейший враг концентрации внимания – текучка, обыденность, автоматизм в жизни. При этом сразу скажу, что работяга, живущий по принципу «утром на работу, после работы пиво и футбол, затем спать, утром на работу, после работы…» и крутой бизнесмен, у которого внешне все выглядит привлекательнее вроде «с утра финансовые вопросы, вечером боулинг, ночные клубы, с утра…» суть явления одного порядка. Мозг потихоньку теряет свои многие функции.

Суть упражнения Пифагора именно в преодолении этого, в активизации многих функций мозга. Заметили, что суть правильного ведения не в подробнейшем описании всяких мелочей, а именно скорее в эмоциональной оценке событий.

Когда я советовался по поводу этого упражнения с завкафедрой психологии одного специального учебного заведения, то помимо всего прочего он добавил, что при верном выполнении этого упражнения мощного результата добиваются все. Независимо от природных данных. От природных данных зависит только срок достижения результата – у кого-то больше, у кого-то совсем скоро.

И я ждал этого письма. Рано или поздно кто-то должен был написать об этом. Вот и дождался.

Предвижу вопрос – а все же как насчет сроков? Сколько терпеть и ждать? Ответ получен в той же беседе. Кстати, кроме природных данных в дело вмешивается еще и возраст. Между прочим, какие-либо занятия спортом и тренированность играют небольшую роль.

Завкафедрой обещал предоставить статистические данные, но предварительно срок от полмесяца (большая редкость), так что автор письма своеобразный рекордсмен, до двух лет. Это по большей части. Нет, промежуточные результаты Вы начнете ощущать достаточно быстро, но «поймать стрелу» - для этого надо поработать.

Естественно, что это упражнение вошло в наш Заочный курс «Память. Интеллект. Успех». В четвертой книге курса есть описание семи упражнений подобного рода. Мы всегда подчеркиваем – не стоит пытаться делать все сразу. Лучше выбрать одно, максимум два и уделять им время каждый день.

Понятно, что реклама курса могла уже набить читателям оскомину, но мы знаем, какой получился продукт и крайне заинтересованы, чтобы максимальное число людей по нему занималось. К тому же тот факт, что люди начали по нему заниматься, позволит нам развивать учебные темы вроде «форсированное изучение языков» (сенсационная штука, но требует подготовки), «анализ информации» (опять же требует подготовки, с налету не возьмешь). И вообще много чего в планах.

А писать в стол не хочется. Хочется знать, что продукт будет востребован. Впрочем, хватит о наболевшем.

Вот моя система ведения дневника. Эта система имеет название, только я не помню (при случае поищу). Еще немного переделал.

М - мыслительный процесс, - какие знания, опыт я сегодня получил?

Б - близость цели - что я сегодня сделал и чего достиг?

С - состояние духа - каким было сегодня мое преобладающие настроение, расположение духа?

У - услуга, помощь - чем я сегодня помог другим, чем услужил, чем порадовал?

АУ - антиуслуга - чем я не помог?

Б - бодрость, физическая форма - каким было мое состояние сегодня? Что я сделал сегодня дня своего здоровья и поддержания физических сил?

В конце дня обязательно проводить оценку этого дня по какой-нибудь шкале, делать планы на завтра.

Система называется Обзор истекшего дня (самоконтроль).

Из области организации рабочего времени. Название в оригинале метод "пяти пальцев", который ориентируется на начальные буквы названий пальцев.

Those. - М(мизинец) - Б(безымянный палец) – С (средний) – У (указательный) - Б(большой).

В течение дня можно отыскать типичные ситуации и применять эту формулу. Например, в автомобиле, по пути домой или лежа в постели.

Обязательно проводить оценку результатов дня.

Таким образом, вы подчеркиваете качество дня, его значение, кот он имеет в вашей жизни.

Что является хорошей мотивацией вашего успеха. Даже если вы раздражены и находитесь в плохом настроении, благодаря подведению итогов в конце дня вы концентрируетесь на положительных результатах. В итоге баланс будет выглядеть позитивнее, и ваше настроение, с кот вы ляжете спать, станет уже иным!

Свой дневник веду в Ворде, т.к. для меня удобнее и компьютер все время рядом, по времени уже месяц. Каюсь, результатов нет: Никак руки не доходят, чтобы обработать и проанализировать.

Думаю нужно каждый месяц делать анализ, что будет способствовать развитию памяти.
Для меня важно, что записываю идеи и опыт, полученный за день. Таким образом, фиксируются хорошие мысли и всегда есть возможность освежить их в памяти.

Почему я привел это письмо. Основная причина в том, что про это упражнение активно говорят на разных тренингах. Но я не удивлюсь тому, результат будет слабее, чем в системе Пифагора. Это упражнение все же размыто. Причем в системе Пифагора категорическое требование – писать!

Кстати, я попробую объединить эти два упражнения. Что-то мне подсказывает, что может получиться неплохо, шире задействуется кинестетика. Но подумать надо.

К тому же лучшее – враг хорошего. Знаю, насколько все теряется, если начинаешь ревизовать классиков и мудрецов прошлого. Так что буду крайне осторожен.

Вот еще одно письмо, вопросы задаются достаточно типические, приведу письмо и комментарий Владимира.

Про спецслужбы - с Ваших слов, выглядит так, что в оперативники попадают люди с высокой скоростью протекания нервных процессов и вполне возможно, что навыкам/приемам которым их там учили, на таких людей и рассчитаны. А люди, у которых скорость помедленнее, заведомо оказываются в худшей позиции при встрече с оперативниками. И не отсюда ли тактика - "говори и делай быстро и еще быстрее", которую они используют?

Комментарий Владимира : «Вообще-то, отбирают в первую очередь не по скорости протекания нервных процессов, а по биографии. С «темными пятнами» даже Шварценеггеру «влиться в ряды» не светит. Конечно, потом уже идут тесты, да и здоровье должно быть соответствующее. Хотя если говорить о милиции, то лучше о ней вообще не говорить.

А тактике обучают, причем серьезно. И милицию тоже. Не думаю, что автор письма попадал, так сказать, к нашим спецам. Скорее всего, либо с обычными наглыми ментами столкнулся, либо просто вопрос теоретический…»

От себя добавлю, что определенные причины к тому, что Владимир милицию терпеть не может, есть. И даже дело не в «классовой» ненависти, есть личные причины. Но об этом не будем.

Зато письмо и ответ Владимира – повод к тому, чтобы плавно перейти к теме ПСР.

Когда в свое время подбирали методы для подготовки специалистов спецслужб, то сразу отброшены были многие ставшими теперь популярные вещи, в том числе пришедшие к нам с Востока. ( Сразу скажу, что это не мои личные соображения, а сведения, почерпнутые из беседы с тем самым завкафедрой).

Не то, чтобы им не доверяли или сомневались в их эффективности. Вовсе нет. Просто освоение многих вещей потребовало бы слишком большого времени и во весь рост встала бы проблема преподавательских кадров.

Ну, в самом деле, не будешь же в дела государственной важности привлекать гуру из Тибета или сенсея из Японии. А своих, достигших высот, по пальцам перечесть можно, все больше самозванцы и недоучки.

К тому же и в старушке Европе есть много чего, что не уступает по силе магическим искусствам Востока. Просто иногда следует преодолеть стремление к чему-то загадочному и посмотреть себе под ноги, хотя в серьезных вопросах такая постановка вопроса просто немыслима.

И вот на вооружение был взят один метод, который имел предпосылки, приемлемые для европейцев и который разработан сейчас практически до совершенства, хотя, конечно, ничего совершенного нет…

Для интриги повествования остановимся и продолжим в следующий раз. Тем более, что очень интересно, кто догадается, о чем идет речь.

Остановился еще и по причине того, что заканчивается уже третья страница в word, а практика показывает, что длинные выпуски читаются слабо. Не хотелось бы.

Продолжаем разговор о Психической СамоРегуляции (ПСР).

Но, прежде всего, одновременно отвечу всем, кто просит прислать описание системы развития по Пифагору. Таких писем очень много и я просто физически не смогу ответить каждому, Вы уж извините.

А теперь вернемся к ПСР. Но сначала маленький историко-теоретический экскурс.

Ресурсы и резервы человека весьма и весьма высоки. Доказательств тому много, не будем заострять на них внимание, приведем лишь одно из доказательств. Речь пойдет о гипнозе.

Поставим перед человеком огромную гирю. Можно загипнотизировать человека, внушив ему, что гиря весит всего лишь пару килограмм. Но человек гирю все равно не поднимет. Сколько не танцуй перед человеком, не внушай ему разные разности, не используй шаманских заклинаний – гиря легче не станет.

Но можно внушить человеку, что он – олимпийский чемпион по штанге, для которого эта гиря является вполне подъемным и легким снарядом. И тут шансы на то, что человек ее поднимет, возрастают многократно. Включатся резервы человека.

Подобные опыты с успехом ставили эстрадные гипнотизеры. Интересно, что гипнотизируемые практически никогда не вспоминали о своих подвигах и с недоверием выслушивали тех, кто рассказывал им, как они лихо справлялись с весом.

Интересно также, что опыт этот удавался тоже далеко не всем. Но не от того, что у них не было резервов, а от того, что не удавалось им внушить, что они чемпионы. А удается это внушить это всего лишь 10-15% человек, то есть тем людям, которые могут легко входить в сомнабулический транс.

На выступлениях это выглядело следующим образом. Гипнотизер таинственным голосом говорил: «Сейчас я всех загипнотизирую! Сомкните руки у себя за головой! Гипнотизирую!!! А теперь Вы не можете их разомкнуть!!! Попробуйте!!!». У большинства в зале, тем не менее, это получалось. Они спокойно размыкали руки. Но были и те, кто руки размокнуть не мог. Этот эпизод обыгрывался каким-либо образом, но зоркий взор гипнотизера фиксировал этих людей и свое искусство показывал только на них.

Помните Кашпировского? Не будем говорить о мерзопакостной, даже дьявольской природе его массовых сеансов, но многие в зале наблюдали, как часть публики крутила головами, махала руками и пр. В общем, явление того же порядка. Другое дело, что милые эстрадные гипнологи чудес исцеления не обещали, Господа Бога собой не подменяли, а мирно демонстрировали достижения психологической науки.

…У меня был один знакомый психолог. Хороший, образованный, не Лазарев с диагностиками кармы или Коновалов, книги которого «лечат». Но он прекрасно знал гипноз. И знал, что если человека ввести в сильный транс и внушить ему, что он Репин, то он тут же станет рисовать. Прилично. Спору нет, «Бурлаков на Волге» вряд ли, но что-то в силу выпускника художественного училища вполне. Самое интересное, что после выхода из транса способности к рисованию у человека оставались. Скорее, не оставались, а не закрывались окончательно.

И задумал он платную услугу населению. Раскрытие способностей. Первый сеанс бесплатно. Если способности не раскрывались, приносились извинения, денег все равно пока никто не платил. А если раскрывались, то человек с удовольствием проходил второй, уже платный сеанс. Который, кстати, и особенно нужен то и не был. Как Вы уже догадались, на второй сеанс приходили все те же 10-15%.

Лавочку прикрыли. Дискриминация, мол, почему не у всех срабатывало? Во-вторых, народ начал бояться зомбирования и кодирования. Хотя это явления совершенно другого рода, но просмотр популярных телепередач и фильмов с ужасами окончательно убедили многих, что все психологи только и мечтают всех зазомбировать и подчинить своей воле.

К сведению. С одного сеанса это не получится. Кроме того, можно зомбировать сколько угодно, но если в результате дать установку, скажем, прыгнуть с крыши или кого-то убить, то человек моментально придет в себя, защитные механизмы сработают. Хотя все это и не так безобидно. Если все же делать это очень долго и к тому же подкреплять это на физиологическом уровне (не давать нормально спать, питаться, пичкать психотропными веществами и пр.), то всякое может случиться.

Сразу скажу, что мой приятель – веселый и добрый человек, любитель поспать и хорошо покушать и отнюдь не запрещавший это другим.

А благодарных клиентов было очень много. Кто-то поступил в ВУЗ, кто-то сделал резкий рывок в карьере…

В общем, все это были рассуждения об огромных ресурсах человека, которые он, как, к примеру, Юра, может включать.

В общем, так бы все и продолжалось, обрастало мистическим декором, пока один скромный немецкий психолог Иоганн Генрих Шульц не пришел к выводу, что человек может сам, без помощи гипнотизера открыть свои ресурсы. Причем не 10-15%, а абсолютно все. Он открыл САМОГИПНОЗ, которым могут овладеть все без исключения. И проделывать все то же самое, что и 10-15% «счастливчиков».

Не то, чтобы до него об этом ничего не знали, но он просто взял и синтезировал достижения гипноза, рациональной психотерапии, учения йогов и так далее.

В 1932 году он выпустил книгу «Аутогенная тренировка», которая совершила переворот в европейских представлениях о возможностях человека.

Предвижу, что сейчас Вы разочарованно вздыхаете. Ожидалось чего-то такого, а тут обыкновенный аутотренинг…

Естественно, что слово это слышали все. Многие даже чего-то пытались сделать или постичь. Но чего многим не хватало, так это какой-нибудь загадочности, тайны, мистики, ауры, астрального тела, энергии взгляда, психрометрической сущности, открытия третьего глаза и чтобы все работало сразу и с хорошим эффектом.

А теперь скажите, в КГБ дураки сидели, что сделали ПСР основным методом психологической подготовки специалистов спецслужб?

Кстати, мы ничего против ауры, третьего глаза и тому подобного не имеем. Это все есть. Но ПСР - тот путь, который позволит этого достичь. Это начало пути.

Конечно, то, что мы предложим Вам осваивать, далеко не то, что предлагал в тридцатые годы Шульц. А то, что реально сейчас предлагается в системе подготовки спецструктур.

Шульц начинал это дело. И начинал он с чисто словесных формулировок. Вот оттуда и пошло укоренившееся мнение о том, что это просто система своеобразных приказов самому себе вроде «мои руки становятся теплее…». Если ограничиваться только тем, что давал Шульц, то успеха могут достигнуть почти те же 15%, ну, пусть 20-25%.

Основная заслуга Шульца в том, что он доказал, что САМОГИПНОЗ возможен.

Естественно, что то, что придумал Шульц, начало многими совершенствоваться. Появилось множество всяческих систем и учений, в которых процент добившихся успеха был гораздо выше, но в которых к классическому аутотренингу относились с некоторой долей иронии и легкого небрежения.

И совершенно напрасно. Это источник. Это начало. И надо отдавать ему должное.

Мы не претендуем на какую-то исключительность и на роль очередных гуру. Мы просто дадим очень практическую систему. Ту, про которую Юра сказал, что именно этому его и учили на Высших Курсах КГБ.

Может, быть мы и не правы, но эффект плацебо постараемся давать в разумных пределах. Многие системы используют разные хитрые названия и чисто лингвистические эффекты вроде загадочных «ключей», «состояний» и тому подобное. Мы вовсе не против этого, тем более, если это срабатывает и дает эффект. Но попробуем как-то все же попроще.

Итак, предстоит два этапа.

Первый. Вход в состояние аутогенного погружения. Умение оставаться в нем продолжительное время. Быстрый вход в состояние аутогенного погружения.

Второй. Самогипноз. Психическая СамоРегуляция. Способность управлять исходно-непроизвольными психически процессами. Например, самостоятельно повышать или понижать температуру тела, давление. Владеть анестезией. В общем, много чего уметь. То, что умеет хорошо подготовленный оперативник.

Понимаем, что то, что мы будем предлагать, покажется немного скучным. Постараемся подать нескучно. Самое главное – мы будем постепенно Вас мотивировать, то есть все возможности метода выдавать постепенно.

Issue. 36. Ввводный урок ПСР.

Перерыв на полторы недельки получился, уехал в командировку, плодотворно весьма, теперь наверстывать будем. То есть начинать цикл занятий по методу ПСР (Психической СамоРегуляции). Уроков всего будет семь, выпусков, правда, займет побольше. А времени для освоения метода ПСР у кого как – от месяца до трех. Зато результат будет таким, что жалеть о потраченных усилиях не придется.

Знаем, как трудно бывает раскачаться и сразу же приступить к активным занятиям, будем наращивать темпы постепенно. Порекомендуем также распечатывать выпуски рассылки, сделать отдельную тетрадь и сделать ее руководством к действию.

Считается, что сознанию доступны всего 3-5 % психических ресурсов. Those. обычный человек способен контролировать ничтожную долю процессов, происходящих в собственной психике. Человеческий мозг - это совершенный нейрокомпьютер, которым современный человек так и не научился пользоваться. Не только элементарные процессы жизнедеятельности управляются подсознательными программами (дыхание, сердцебиение, пищеварение и т.д.) но и наше поведение и деятельность во многом ими определяются. Выдающиеся спортсмены, ученые, йоги, мастера восточных единоборств уже показали миру, какие огромные резервы таятся в человеческой психике. Методы психической саморегуляции (ПСР) позволяют научиться каждому использовать этот мощнейший ресурс.

Психическая саморегуляция - это способность человека сознательно и целенаправленно управлять исходно-непроизвольными функциями организма и психики. Эта способность приобретается в процессе выполнения специальных упражнений.

Аутогенная тренировка (АТ) - самая разработанная и эффективная методика обучения психической саморегуляции на сегодняшний день. Одним из преимуществ этой методики являются четкие и ясные критерии эффективности процесса обучения. В аутотренинге есть строгая этапность в освоении упражнений. Переход к следующему упражнению осуществляется только после освоения предыдущего.

При этом, есть четкие и даже объективно измеряемые критерии успешности освоения каждого упражнения .

Если вы освоили АТ и ПСР, то это прекрасная база для дальнейшего роста. Вы можете резко продвинуться в йоге, в освоении метода Хосе Сильва и так далее.

Еще несколько слов о терминах. Психическая саморегуляция (ПСР) - это наиболее общее понятие, включающее в себя конкретные техники обучения саморегуляции. Например, такие, как самовнушение, самогипноз, творческая визуализация, аутогенная тренировка и т.п.

В свою очередь, аутогенная тренировка имеет множество модификаций (активное самовнушение, психо-гигиеническая тренировка, психо-мышечная тренировка и т.д.).

Существенным преимуществом аутотренинга является и то, что заниматься можно практически в любом месте (дома, на работе, в транспорте, даже на скучном совещании или лекции) и всего по 5-10 минут. Некоторые упражнения можно выполнять даже во время управления автомобилем. Т.е., эта методика оптимально подходит для человека, вовлеченного в напряженный ритм современной жизни. Высокая эффективность аутотренинга обусловлена еще и тем, что его созданию предшествовало серьезное научное исследование.

По сути, аутотренинг вобрал в себя все лучшее из приемов самовнушения, гипноза, йоги и групповой психотерапии.

Аутогенная тренировка. Основы метода.

Своим появлением аутогенная тренировка (АТ) обязана немецкому психиатру Иоганну Генриху Шульцу. Первая книга Шульца по аутогенной тренировке вышла в 1932 году. Аутотренинг – синтетический метод, основанный на приемах самовнушения, гипноза, индийской системы йога и методах рациональной психотерапии.

Обучение аутотренингу состоит из двух этапов. На первом происходит освоение способности входить в особое состояние сознания, которое называется аутогенным погружением, и оставаться в этом состоянии необходимое количество времени. На втором этапе осваивается такой прием как самовнушение.

В результате приобретается способность управлять исходно-непроизвольными психическими процессами. Возможности психической саморегуляции основаны на том, что слова и мысленные образы могут воздействовать на те психические функции, которые не поддаются сознательному контролю.

Всем известный из школьных уроков пример. Представьте, что вы отрезаете большой, сочный кусочек лимона. На срезе видны выступившие капельки лимонного сока. Кладете лимон в рот, начинаете жевать. Чувствуете? У вас непроизвольно выделяться слюна. Так, с помощью слов и соответствующих образов, которые есть у вас в памяти, была вызвана реакция, которую вы не смогли бы осуществить, пытаясь волевым усилием вызвать слюноотделение.

Этот пример так часто приводится потому, что довольно сложно найти такой образ, который бы в обычном состоянии сознания давал такой яркий эффект. Если вы попробуете с помощью воображения или самоприказа, например, произвольно нагреть руки, это уже вам вряд ли удастся без специальной подготовки.

Особую силу слова и представляемые образы обретают в состоянии аутогенного погружения. Это особое состояние сознания, близкое к гипнотическому, но имеющее свою специфику. Важно, что в этом состоянии значительно уменьшается чувствительность к внешним раздражителям, увеличивается концентрация внимания, снижается критичность сознания. Формулы самовнушения беспрепятственно проникают непосредственно в подсознание. Таким образом, удается влиять на те подсознательные функции, которые не поддаются волевому контролю.

Особая заслуга Шульца в том, что он разработал очень простой и эффективный способ достижения аутогенного погружения. Применяемый в аутотренинге подход основан на том, что глубокая мышечная релаксация и снижение тонуса кровеносных сосудов в сочетании с концентрацией внимания занимающегося на определенных ощущения приводят к возникновению особого состояния сознания, близкого к гипнотическому, которое сейчас называется аутогенным погружением. Простота упражнений и возможность объективного контроля, за процессом их усвоения как раз и обеспечивают высокую эффективность этого метода.

Разделение процесса обучения на два этапа довольно условно. Уже на этапе освоения аутогенного погружения происходит обучение самовнушению. Важным преимуществом АТ является то, что для освоения психической саморегуляции выбраны простейшие исходно-непроизвольные психофизиологические функции (тонус скелетной и гладкой мускулатуры, частота сердечных сокращений и т.п.).

Навык психической саморегуляции (ПСР) универсален. Если вы научитесь хорошо управлять с помощью самовнушения, например тонусом периферических сосудов (по желанию нагревать и охлаждать руки и ноги), вы сможете реализовать и другие феномены ПСР (самовнушенные сновидения, анестезию и т.д.). Преимущество такого подхода в том, что успешность обучения в этом случае легко контролируется как субъективными ощущениями, так и с помощью объективных данных физиологического мониторинга.

Конечно, об этом мы многое уже писали в предыдущих выпусках. Но пора переходить к серьезной практике, и стиль изложения соответственно должен несколько соответствовать.

Мы, конечно, постараемся Вас замотивировать и интересностями.

Нам пришло, кстати, несколько писем, в которых пишут о методе ПРС Алиева. Ничего не скажу плохого. Вещь замечательная, но мы даем Вам то, что апробировали сами и что у нас уже изучило достаточное количество людей.

А теперь все же мотивация. Если вы освоите ПСР и АТ, то вполне можете сделать такую штуку. Лично я для многих ситуаций использую образ профессора Ф.Ф.Преображенского. Именно в той части картины, когда он отшил делегацию во главе со Швондером.

And here I decided to go to an experiment. The course of Psychic Self-Regulation will be laid out completely. That is, it is at least 10 issues and I'm very afraid of losing subscribers in this marathon.

First lesson. Preparatory exercises.

So, the first task in mastering mental self-regulation is to learn to relax the muscles of the body .

It is deep muscular relaxation that causes a special state of consciousness (autogenous immersion) without which the practice of self-hypnosis is not possible. Therefore, before proceeding directly to autogenic training, this next week you will devote preparatory exercises for the regulation of muscle tone. Take the exercises seriously; They are the foundation of your future successes.

We can easily strain our muscles at will. But deliberately relax your muscles is not so easy. The easiest feeling of relaxation is remembered in contrast to stress. In addition, after tension, the muscle relaxes deeper than just at rest. It is this effect that we will use.

First, carefully read all the instructions, and then go directly to the lesson.

PREPARATORY EXERCISES

1. The task of the exercises is to give an opportunity to realize and remember the feeling of a relaxed muscle in contrast to its tension.

2. Each of the exercises consists of two phases: the initial phase (tension) and the subsequent phase (relaxation).

3. In the initial phase, the tension of the selected muscle or group of muscles should increase smoothly. The final relaxation ("dropping" of tension) is carried out abruptly. Discarding the tension should carefully "listen" to the emerging sensations of muscle relaxation.

4. Slow muscle tension accompanies a slow deep breath. Relaxation in sync with a free full exhalation.

5. Each exercise is repeated 3-4 times. All exercises are best performed while sitting.

1. Exercises for the muscles of the face

Pogriskamychayte. With your eyes closed, stretch and squeeze your face several times. Those. Try in the beginning, as if to extend the face, and then, as it were, flatten. Do this 4-6 times.

The following exercises are performed sitting, preferably on an ordinary chair. Freely sit on a chair, legs are conveniently placed, hands freely lie on the hips, the back is relaxed. After the phase of tension of the next group of muscles is fulfilled, during the relaxation return to the starting position.

2. Exercises for the muscles of the neck.

Raise the shoulders, tilt the head back, strain the neck muscles - on inhalation. On exhalation - to relieve tension. Nerves the muscles of the neck should not be more than half the strength.

3. Exercises for the shoulders.

Trying to lift the right shoulder, with the left hand resist. Having dropped the tension freely, drop your hands in the starting position on the hips and carefully "listen" to the arising relaxation in the muscles. Change hands. Do not forget to breathe correctly - on inspiration - tension, on exhalation - relaxation.

4. Forearms.

Hands in the original position. (The forearms lie on the hips, the hands hang freely, take the hands on yourself, strain the forearms, and on the exhale, drop the brushes, and similarly - brush the wrists in the opposite direction.

5. Brushes.

On inhalation - squeeze the hand into a fist. On exhalation - to relieve tension.

6. Breasts.

Half-bent in the elbows to clasp hands in front of him, strain the muscles of the chest. On exhaling, relieve tension.

7. Back.

On inhalation - to bend backwards trying to reduce the scapula, straining the muscles of the back. On exhalation - to relieve tension. Gently tighten the muscles of the back and no more than half the strength.

8. Muscles of the hips.

1) Slightly rising from the chair to stay in this position - the muscles of the hips in tension. On exhalation, "fall" into place.

2) Pulling your legs in front of you, strain the muscles of the thighs. Letting go of your legs - relieve tension.

9. Muscles of the lower leg.

Pull the socks on yourself - straining frontal muscles of the shin. Reset the voltage. Socks on their own - strain the calves, relieve tension.

10. Feet.

Squeeze your toes, feel the tension. Relax.

Now sit quietly for a couple of minutes and listen to your body. Try to remember the sensations in the relaxed muscles.

You probably noticed that most of the exercises are in the muscles of the face and hands. The fact is that these muscle groups have the largest representation in the cerebral cortex. This is understandable, because the muscles of the hands, especially the brushes, we use most often in almost any activity, hence, more brain resources are required for their fine coordination. The muscles of the face in us are involved not less intensively, because They provide emotional expression. Our face almost always expresses the emotions and feelings that we experience. If we are irritated or agitated, this immediately reflects on our face. But there is feedback. If you relax your facial muscles, it automatically causes not only physical, but emotional relaxation.

To complete this preparatory cycle, it is enough for a week, if you are engaged every day. By the way, you will feel better during this cycle. This is a positive background effect from doing relaxation exercises in this way.

In general, background effects will be very much, it is tested by practice.

Note also that these exercises do not take a lot of time. Maximum 10 minutes per cycle.

And now let us touch on this. Some readers of the mailing list started studying on the correspondence course "Memory. Intelligence. Success". The most important thing is to feel the movement in development. Then too laziness goes somewhere.
