Deuteronomy 7

When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and shall drive out the nations, the Hittites, the Girgashites, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations that are more numerous and mightier than thee ,
And the LORD your God will deliver them to you, and smite them, then utterly destroy them, do not enter into an alliance with them and do not spare them;
And do not enter into a relationship with them: do not give your daughter to his son, and do not take his daughter for your son;
For they will turn away your sons from me, to serve other gods, and the wrath of the Lord will be kindled against you, and He will soon destroy you.
But do unto them as follows: Thou shalt destroy their altars, their broken pillars, and cut down their groves, and burn their graven images with fire;
th For thou art a holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee, that thou mayest be his own people out of all the nations that are upon the earth.
th It is not because you were more numerous than all the nations that the Lord received you and chose you, because you are fewer than all peoples,
But because the Lord loves you, and to keep the oath which He swore to your fathers, the Lord brought you out with his mighty hand and delivered you from the house of slavery, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God, who keeps the covenant and mercy to those who love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations,
And He rewardeth them that hate Him in their person, destroying them; He will not slow down, the one who hates Him personally will repay.
eleven So, keep the commandments and decrees and laws that I command you to do today.

And if you listen to these laws and keep and execute them, then the Lord your God will keep the covenant and mercy to you, as He swore to your fathers,
And he will love you, and bless you, and multiply you, and bless the fruit of your body and the fruit of your land, and your bread, and your wine, and your oil, which is born of your cattle and the flock of your sheep, in the land that He swore to your fathers to give you;
Blessed shalt thou be more than all nations; There shall be neither barren nor barren, neither in you, nor in your cattle;
And the Lord will take away all the sickness from you, and no fierce diseases of Egypt which you know will bring upon you, but will lead them to all who hate you;
And you will destroy all the nations that the LORD your God gives you: let not your eye spare them; And do not serve their gods, for this is the net for you.
th If you say in your heart, "These nations are more numerous than I; How can I expel them? '
Do not be afraid of them, remember what the Lord your God did, with Pharaoh and all Egypt,
Those great trials that your eyes saw, signs, wonders, and a strong hand and a high muscle with which the Lord your God brought you; The LORD your God will do the same with all the nations you are afraid of;
And the hornet shall the LORD thy God send upon them, until the remnant and those that are hidden from thy face perish;
Do not be afraid of them, for the Lord your God is in your midst, a great and terrible God.
And the LORD your God will drive out these nations before you, little by little; You can not destroy them quickly, so that the beasts of the field will not multiply against you.
But the LORD your God will deliver them to you, and will lead them into great confusion, so that they will perish;
And will deliver their kings into your hands, and you will destroy their name from under heaven: no one can stand before you, till you root them.
The idols of their gods burn them with fire; Do not covet to take to yourself the silver or gold that is on them, lest it be to you a net, for it is an abomination to the LORD your God;
th And do not bring abomination into your house, lest you fall into an incursion like she; Turn away from this, and abhore this, for it is a sworn thing.
