And the LORD spake unto Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they offered before the LORD, and died;
And the LORD said unto Moses, Speak unto Aaron thy brother, that he come not at all times into the holy place within the vail before the mercy seat which is upon the ark; that he die not because of the mercy I will appear in the cloud.
Thus shall Aaron come into the sanctuary: with a young bullock for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering;
the holy linen coat he must wear, linen breeches upon his flesh, and let them girded linen girdle, and with the linen miter shall he be attired: these are holy garments; therefore shall he wash his flesh in water and put them on;

and the congregation of the children of Israel he shall take the two goats for a sin offering and one ram for a burnt offering.
And Aaron calf for a sin offering for himself and make atonement for himself and for his house.
And he shall take the two goats and present them before the LORD at the door of the tabernacle;
And Aaron the two goats: one lot for the Lord and the other lot for the scapegoat
And Aaron shall bring the goat on which the lot fell for Jehovah, and offer him for a sin offering,
But the goat on which the lot fell for the scapegoat, shall be presented alive before the LORD, to make an atonement with him, and send him into the wilderness for Azazel.
eleven And Aaron shall present the bull as a sin offering for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his house, and shall kill the bull as a sin offering for himself;
And he shall take the censer full of burning coals from the altar before the LORD, and fragrant finely powdered handfuls of incense, and bring it within the veil;
and put the incense on the fire before the LORD, and the cloud of incense will cover the lid, which is over [the ark of] the testimony, that he die not;
And he shall take of the blood, and sprinkle it with his finger upon the mercy seat and before the mercy seat seven times sprinkle of the blood with his finger.

And he shall kill the goat of the sin offering for the people, and bring his blood within the veil, and do with its blood as he did with the blood of the bullock, and sprinkle it on the cover and before the mercy -
and cleanse the sanctuary from the uncleanness of the children of Israel, and because of their transgressions in all their sins. So shall he do for the tabernacle of the congregation, that remaineth among them in the midst of their uncleanness.
No one person should not be in the Tent of Meeting when he enters to cleanse the holy place, until he come out. And as an atonement for himself, his house, and all the congregation of Israel.
And he will come to the altar that is before the LORD, and make atonement for him, and take of the blood corpuscles and the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar on all sides,
and sprinkle the blood upon it with his finger seven times, and cleanse it, and hallow it from the uncleanness of the children of Israel.

And having made cleansing of the sanctuary, the Tent of Meeting and the altar, he shall bring the live goat,
And Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel and all their transgressions and all their sins, putting them upon the head of the goat, and shall send him away with a fit man into the wilderness:
and the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities unto a land not inhabited: and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.
And Aaron shall come into the tent of meeting, and shall put off the linen garments, which he put on when he went into the sanctuary, and leave them there,
and bathe his flesh in water in a holy place, and put on his garments and come out and make a burnt offering for himself and the burnt offering for the people, and make atonement for himself and the people;
And the fat of the sin offering he burn on the altar.
And whoever the goat for Azazel shall wash his clothes, and bathe his flesh in water, and afterward come into the camp.
And the bullock for a sin offering and the goat of the sin offering, which was introduced for blood cleansing of the sanctuary, shall one carry forth without the camp, and burn in the fire their skins and flesh, and their dung;
who burns them shall wash his clothes and bathe in water, and afterward he may come into the camp.

And it shall be a statute to you forever: in the seventh month, on the tenth [day] of the month, you shall afflict your souls, and shall do no work, either the native or the stranger who sojourns among you;
thirty because in this day cleanse you, to make you clean from all your sins, that ye may be clean before the LORD;
it is a sabbath of rest for you, and ye shall afflict your souls, by a statute for ever.
Cleaning the same should a priest who is anointed and who is dedicated to a priest to him instead of his father, and he will put on the linen garments, the holy garments,
and to cleanse the holy of holies, and the tent of meeting, and the altar of atonement for the priests and all the people of the congregation.
And this shall be an everlasting statute for you: atonement for the children of Israel for all their sins once a year. And he did as the LORD commanded Moses.
