(39-1) ^^ To the chief Musician. . A Psalm of David ^^ (39-2) I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined to me and heard my cry; |

(39-3) pulled me out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings; |

(39-4) and put in my mouth a new song - praise to our God. Many shall see it and fear, and shall trust in the LORD. |

(39-5) Blessed is the man that maketh the LORD his trust, and not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. |

(39-6) has done a lot of you, O Lord my God: the miracles and thy thoughts about us - unto thee! --hotel I would declare and speak, they are more than a number.

(39-11) not hid thy righteousness within my heart, I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation, have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.

(39-12) Withhold not, O Lord, thy tender mercies from me; thy mercy and thy truth continually preserve me |

(39-13) for the innumerable evils have surrounded me; upon me my transgressions, so I can not see: they are more than the hairs of my head; my heart left me. |

(39-14) Be pleased, O Lord, to deliver me; O Lord! haste to help me. |
