We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak and not to please ourselves.
Each of us should please his neighbor for his good to edification.
For even Christ did not please himself, but as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me.
And whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.

God of patience and comfort grant you to be likeminded one toward another, according to [the doctrine] of Jesus Christ,
that ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision - for the sake of God's truth, to confirm the promises fathers,
and to the Gentiles - out of mercy, to glorify God, as it is written, For this cause I will praise thee, (O Lord,) among the Gentiles, and sing unto thy name.
And again he saith: Rejoice, ye Gentiles, with his people.
eleven And again, Praise the Lord, all ye Gentiles, and praise Him, all peoples.
Isaiah says, will be the root of Jesse, and rise to reign over the nations; in him the Gentiles will hope.

The God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you, by the power of the Holy Spirit, abound in hope.

And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another;
But I write to you, brethren, with some sort, as putting you in mind, given to me by the grace of God
to be a minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, and [make] ministering the gospel of God, that this oblation of the Gentiles, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit, may be acceptable [to God].

So I may glory through Jesus Christ that the [true] God,
because they do not dare to speak of anything except what Christ has not accomplished through me, to make the Gentiles [the faith], by word and deed,
the power of signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God, so that the Gospel of Christ spread me from Jerusalem and round about to Illyricum.
While I was trying to preach the gospel, not where [already] Christ was named, lest I should build on another man's foundation,
but as it is written of Him who had not, they shall see, and not heard shall understand.

These things have been much hindered from coming to you.
But now, not having [this] place in these parts, and having these many years a desire to come to you,
as soon as the journey to Spain, I will come to you. For hope, passing, and you'll see that you take me there as soon enjoyed [fellowship] with you, even in part.
But now I go to Jerusalem to minister to the saints,
For Macedonia and Achaia zealous certain contribution for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem.
It pleased them indeed, and they are their debtors. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, they ought also to minister to them in carnal things.
I have performed this and have sealed to them this fruit [diligence], I will go through your [place] in Spain,
and I am sure that when I come to you, I will come with the full blessing of Christ.

thirty Now I beseech you, brethren, by our Lord Jesus Christ and the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God for me,
that I may be delivered from the unbelievers in Judea and that my service for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints,
so my joy, if God wants to come to you and calm you.
God of peace be with you all, Amen.
