What is MPG?

MPG is an organic fuel catalyst designed for conditioning an internal combustion chamber of an engine:

The company FFi managed to develop a technology to guide the catalytic coating in the combustion chamber, thanks to which the thermal efficiency can be raised from 0.26 to 0.30. Our product makes the combustion chamber air-conditioning, providing special conditions, in which more heat generated by combustion of fuel is used. This works like this: before each refueling, a MPG-CAPS product is placed in the fuel tank, which is completely dissolved at the molecular level and, together with the fuel, is fed into the combustion chamber. When ignited, the product is activated and processes the metal surfaces, forming a microtube with a thickness of only 0.01 micron on the walls of the cylinder, on the bottom of the piston and on the surface of the combustion chamber. During combustion, the carboxyl metal creates an oxide residue on hot surfaces. This process is called thermal oxidation.

This gives the following advantages:

The microfilm changes the characteristics of the heat absorption of the metal. In fact, this film interferes with the transfer of thermal radiation, i.e. Forms the so-called thermal barrier. This directly leads to an increase in the degree of compression / expansion and, accordingly, to an increase in the power of the ICE. In this case, the overall temperature regime of the engine itself and the valves does not change, i.e. Overheating does not occur! Moreover, the engine operates in a more gentle mode. The film creates the effect of a polished surface, providing a more even distribution of fuel. This can be compared to the formation of water balls on the painted polished surface. Microfilm attracts liquid fuel, leading to its better distribution and ignition. The film in combination with the heat of the cylinder causes a catalytic reaction, which contributes to a more efficient combustion of the fuel. The combustion speed increases by 2-2.5 times! Therefore, on whatever revolutions your engine is running, the fuel completely manages to burn out in the combustion chamber, and does not burn out in the exhaust system of the car, as it was before the product was used. In addition, the catalytic reaction itself is exothermic and releases additional energy in the form of heat.

In general, these three advantages lead to an increase in the compression ratio in the cylinder by 30 to 40% with the same amount of fuel.

Reducing emissions from the use of MPG product

The catalytic process, usually occurring in catalytic converters (catalysts) on exhaust systems, in our case begins even with the ignition of the mixture in the cylinder of the internal combustion engine, which reduces the formation of CO, CH and harmful NOx oxides. Load on the neutralizer decreases and the period of its operation is significantly increased. At the same time, a decrease in CO and HF was recorded on average by 70-90%.

What is it for?
