Error 3201 indicates that Skype was incorrectly terminated last time.

To correct the error, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete at the same time, go to Task Manager, select Processes, find Skype, select it, and click End process.

6. If more than one device is displayed, make sure that the microphone is set to "Selected" and the microphone volume control is more than 50%.

7. Repeat the call to Echo123 .
