The invention relates to construction materials, in particular to the composition of complex additives for concrete mixtures that are used in the manufacture of concrete and concrete products. The technical result - increasing concrete strength and mobility of the concrete mix, using lignosulfonatsoderzhaschih waste from pulp production by bisulfite method that eliminates the discharge of leachate into waters and reduce pollution. Integrated additive for concrete, comprising the water-soluble lignosulfonate Technical electrolyte contains as lignosulfonate technical concentrate liquor bisulfite cooking timber containing a mass fraction of solids of at least 50%, and as an electrolyte - sodium hydroxide with the following ratio of ingredients: wt%. : liquor concentrate of bisulfite cooking timber containing a mass fraction of solids of at least 50% 95-99 40% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution was 1-5.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to construction materials, in particular to the composition of complex additives for concrete mixtures that are used in the manufacture of concrete and concrete products.

There are complex additives for concrete mixture with a plasticizer - sulfite-yeast mash (RRT), containing up to 82% lignosulfonate and therefore have another name - technical lignosulfonates (LST) (magazine "Concrete and reinforced concrete", 1978, №7, page 26, "Complex chemical additives, using caustic soda," the authors I.M.Glushko, I.M.Sviridenko, V.P.Zhiltsov).

Using complex additives consisting of sodium hydroxide, plasticizers (RRT) and air-entraining additives cement hydration is accompanied by a deceleration, which reduces the strength of concrete structures and deteriorates quality.

The most promising use of cement and concrete plasticizer on the basis of technical lignosulfonates in the form of modified products.

Known complex additive for concrete mixture AS (. Published 30.08.83) №1038313, consisting of 25% aqueous solution of chrome lignosulfonate and calcium electrolyte at the following ratio, wt.%: 25% aqueous solution of chrome lignosulfonate calcium 65-90% and 10-35% sodium hydroxide.

This additive is chosen as the analogue. However, obtaining the known additives is difficult due to the lack of chrome lignosulfonate calcium - oxidation product of sulfite-yeast mash bichromate in acidic media, due to the impossibility of obtaining the raw material - of concentrate sulfite-yeast mash, since pulp and paper industry transferred from a sulfite to a new way of bisulfite pulping of wood in sodium or sodium-magnesium based.

Furthermore, the use of known additives can not be obtained sufficiently high strength and the necessary mobility of the concrete.

Sulfite yeast mash - a product of biochemical processing sulphite pulping liquor, bisulfite liquor containing lignosulphonate (LSBSCH) - waste cooking liquor from bisulfite pulping, i.e. It is a product which is not subjected to biochemical processing.

Currently available lignosulfonatsoderzhaschie waste from bisulfite pulping differ from the RRT on the quantitative content of the main components.

Complex additive for concrete MIXTURE

The proposed invention solves the problem of obtaining a complex additive for concrete on the basis of available lignosulfonatsoderzhaschih waste wood cooking, ie bisulfite liquor and an electrolyte that increases the strength of concrete and increasing the mobility of the concrete mix, but also solves the problem of using lignosulfonatsoderzhaschih waste from pulp production by the method of bisulfite.

The problem is solved in that the material used as lignosulfonatsoderzhaschego liquor concentrate of bisulfite cooking timber containing a mass fraction of solids of at least 50%,

and as an electrolyte - sodium hydroxide with the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%:

- Concentrate bisulfite pulping liquor timber containing a mass fraction of solids of at least 50% -95-99;

- 40% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution 1-5.

The distinctive features of the proposed integrated additive above the best known is the fact that the additive concentrate comprises liquor from wood pulping bisulfite containing a mass fraction of solids of at least 50%, and an electrolyte - sodium hydroxide with the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%:

- Concentrate bisulfite pulping liquor timber containing a mass fraction of solids of at least 50% -95-99;

- 40% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution 1-5.

Treatment with alkali solutions lignosulfonate promotes hydrolytic degradation of the carbohydrate moiety and the activation of its main components - the molecules lignosulfonates. Since bisulfite liquor (LSBSCH) differs from the concentrate of sulfite-yeast mash (RRT) high content of reducing substances, the sodium hydroxide produces bisulfite liquor deeper chemical attack. Tests bisulfite lignosulfonates liquor subjected to treatment with sodium hydroxide as an additive in concrete mixtures showed that the use of this additive significantly increases the strength gain of concrete at the same time increases the ductility of concrete mixes and reduced water demand of these blends.

When testing was used as a binder Portland cement 400 Gornozavodsky cement plant. Fine aggregate quartz sand served with a bulk density of 1400 kg / m 3 OOO "Permpesok". Close filler served limestone rubble of fraction 5-20 mm Gremyachinskoye career.

Integrated additive for concrete mixture was prepared by combining and thoroughly mixing the concentrate liquor bisulfite and sodium hydroxide for 5 minutes to obtain a homogeneous liquid with a pH of 5,0-10,5.

For the preparation of the concrete mix in the mixing container for sand and cement is poured, and stirred them until a homogeneous mass is then added and mixed again rubble. Separately, the complex is diluted at half the additive amount of water and pour it into the mixture, stirred, and then the remainder of the water was added and again thoroughly mixed.

From the molded concrete cubes of 10 cm edge. The samples were hardened at a temperature of 20 ° C and 95% relative humidity. Tests of samples for compression carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 10180-90.

Examples of compositions and their influence on the strength of the concrete are shown in the table. Analysis of the data presented in the table can be concluded that the strength of the concrete at the 14th day strength higher than the control sample, indicating a rapid "maturation" of the concrete. A control sample was prepared at the same ratio, but without the additive corresponds stamp M350 concrete and concrete additives when administered mark M400 was fit, i.e. the introduction of additives is obtained with a higher concrete compressive strength value, it means that the introduction of additives saves cement.

Using a liquor concentrate from bisulfite pulping of wood and eliminates the discharge of these liquors into water bodies and, therefore, reduce environmental pollution.
