The invention relates to cementitious compositions and may be used in the manufacture of masonry, plaster, and in the manufacture of concrete products. The binder contains, in weight%: lime 25 - 35;. gypsum hemihydrate 4 - 25; heat-treated at 150 - 180 o C for 1.5 - 2 hours, zeolite-containing rocks. The binder provides a setting time - the beginning of 50 - 70 minutes, the end of the 150 - 180 m, water resistance, 0.94 - 0.95; strength after 28 days 24 - 37 MPa; after steaming strength 18 - 24 MPa.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a cementitious composition, and may be used in the manufacture of masonry, plaster, and in the manufacture of concrete products.

Known binder containing zeolite klinoptilolitovogo breed composition, tuff and lime [1].

The closest analogues of the technical essence and achieved result is a binder containing, wt.%: 20 lime, zeolite rock impregnated with a solution of ammonium sulfate and heat-treated at 400-600 o C 73-77, phosphogypsum 3-7 [2].

Solved the problem - getting binder with enhanced water resistance, an accelerated setting time and sufficiently high strength.

The problem is solved in that the binder, which includes lime, gypsum and heat-treated zeolite-containing rocks, containing gypsum hemihydrate, and heat-treated at 150-180 o C for 1.5-2 hours zeolite-containing rocks in the following ratio, wt.%.:

Lime - 25-35

Gypsum is a semi-aquatic - 4-25

Said zeolite-containing rocks - 51-71

Moreover, zeolite-containing rocks has the following chemical composition, in weight%: Al 2 O 3 2-5;. Fe 2 O 3 0.5-1.5; FeO 0,02-0,04; CaO 15,3-17,3; MgO 0,7-0,75; R 2 O 1-1,1; SiO 2 rest.

Example

To produce the binder used quicklime GOST 9179-70 1st grade (free CaO content of 85%); zeolite-containing rocks following composition, wt%: Al 2 O 3 May, Fe 2 O 3 0.5-1.5;. FeO 0,4; CaO 17,3; MgO 0,75; R 2 O 1-1,1; SiO 2 rest; gypsum hemihydrate according to GOST 125-70, fineness - sieve residue 0.2 - no more than 15%.

The binder is prepared by prebaking for 2 hr. At 150 o C of zeolite rock and then loading it together with lime and gypsum semi-aquatic a ball vibration mill, wherein the grinding is carried out until their joint surface area 3500 cm 2 / g. Finished binder zatarivatsya bagged and shipped to the consumer.

Because the binder and water and cook the dough is molded samples which shall be tested. binder compositions and test results are shown in Table. 1 and 2.

The test results are shown in Table. 2 demonstrate the feasibility of using the proposed binder for masonry, plaster and concrete production. The binder has a high water resistance, sufficient strength and accelerated setting time.
