Date of commencement of the patent: 1998.08.10

The invention relates to the production of building materials and can be used for the manufacture of wall ceramic products. The technical result of the invention is a decrease in the firing temperature, an increase in the strength and the coefficient of constructive quality of products made from a mixture of siliceous and aluminosilicate components. The result is achieved by using microsilica of production of crystalline silicon (56.3-76.2 wt%) as silicic dust, silica (22.3-41.6 wt%) as aluminosilicate component, and pre-molding charge Granulate when fed to a granulator instead of the water of mixing an aqueous solution containing 1-3 wt.% NaCl.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the production of building materials and can be used for the manufacture of wall products.

A method for the manufacture of ceramic articles is known, comprising the preparation of a mixture consisting of waste products of ferrosilicon, loam and chemical additives [1]. However, products manufactured by this method have a relatively high average density and deteriorated heat shield characteristics.

The method closest to the proposed method for the technical essence and the effect achieved is the method [2], which includes the preparation of a mixture of ash from the Tom-Usinskaya GRES and ferrosilicon waste, stirring dry components with water, molding, drying and roasting products at 1000 ° C. The drawbacks of this Methods are low strength burned products and the coefficient of constructive quality, as well as increased energy consumption for firing.

The invention solves the problem of increasing the strength and the coefficient of constructive quality of fired products and reducing the firing temperature.

The technical result is achieved by using microsilica of production of crystalline silicon (56.3-76.2 wt%) in silicate dust in the feed mixture, glue (22.3-41.6 wt%) as the aluminosilicate component, And the mixture before granulation is granulated when fed to the granulator instead of the water of mixing of an aqueous solution containing 1-3% by weight of sodium chloride.

Microsilica production of crystalline silicon is a multi-tonnage waste, the specific surface of which exceeds 25 thousand cm 2 / g.

Microsilica is an amorphous material and has the following chemical composition, wt. %: SiO 2 - up to 96; Al 2 O 3 - up to 0.8; Fe 2 O 3 - up to 0.8; CaO - up to 1.6; MgO - up to 1,2; K + - up to 0,25; Na + - up to 0,06; SiC - up to 5; C total to 9; Pp. - up to 20.

Gliakes are naturally burned clayey rocks such as siltstones, argillites, etc., formed during self-baking of coal-bearing layers for a long time.

The chemical composition of the Glouces of the Boguchansky deposit, mass%: SiO 2 - 63.6; Al 2 O 3 - 18.4; Fe 2 O 3 - 7.2; CaO = 2.3; MgO: 1.9; SO 3 - 0.13; TiO 2 = 0.84; Na 2 O 1.43; K 2 O - 3.7; Pp. - 0.5; Total - 100%. Including soluble Al 2 O 3 - 3.7.

The high specific surface and amorphous state of microsilica, the increased content of soluble alkalis, aluminum oxides and iron in the glia cause an active interaction of these components with the formation of a silicate melt and the formation of a strong ceramic shard.

The content of carbonaceous particles in the microsilica, as well as its high chemical activity, together with a significant amount of dehydrated clayey component of the glue, lead to a reduction in the firing temperature and a reduction in energy consumption.

The introduction of a chloride salt into the charge intensifies the course of these processes at a lower temperature.

Example. The method of manufacturing the products is carried out as follows: the glues are ground to the residue on the sieve 008 no more than 5%, microsilica and glues are dosed, the mixture is mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained and granulated on the pellet granulator, when an aqueous solution of salt is supplied thereto in an amount necessary to produce the charge Humidity of 14%. From the granulate, samples are formed at a compaction pressure of 30 MPa. After drying to a constant temperature, the products are fired at 900 ° C.

Specific values of compositions and estimated parameters of calcined samples are given in Table 1.

The proposed method provides an increase in the strength of products in 2.9-7.7 times and an increase in the coefficient of constructive quality in 3.2-7.6 times with a reduction in the firing temperature to 900 o C.
