METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A POROUS FILLER
The name of the inventor: Akhundov Alizakir Alikhady oglu; Gudkov Yu.V .; Ivanitsky VV; Shelyganova RN
The name of the patent holder: JSC "VNIIstrom named after PP Budnikov"
Address for correspondence: 140080, Moscow Region., Luberetskiy rn, pos. Kraskovo Str. K. Marx, 117, Open Society
Date of commencement of the patent: 1999.11.26
The method for manufacturing the porous aggregate includes the preparation of foam from knitting materials, fillers, chemical additives, water, foam, with aging of the foam for 0.1-8.0 hours , caking into pieces with a size of 5-100 mm , followed by pelletizing with simultaneous drying Granules to a moisture of 2-30% . The technical result is the improvement of the quality of the finished product.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the production of building, heat-insulating materials and can be used for the production of a non-combustible porous aggregate in the production of lightweight concrete .
A method for manufacturing a lightweight aggregate is known , which includes mixing dry components, preparing a foam, mixing the mixture with foam, granulating the mixture, holding the pellets in vivo (1).
The disadvantage of the method is the low strength of raw granules, and as a consequence, the poor quality of the finished aggregate.
The closest to the proposed technical solution is the method for manufacturing a granular product from finely divided minerals , foam and hydraulic binder, which includes mixing the components dry, then feeding the water to a pulp-like mixture, preparing the foam, injecting the remaining hydraulic binder, mixing these mixtures and granulating with Exposure to air / 2 /.
A disadvantage of the known method is the poor quality of the pellets due to the weak stability of the foam, directed to granulation. As a result, it is impossible to obtain strong low density granules.
The technical result of the method for manufacturing a porous filler is to improve the quality of the finished product.
The technical result is achieved due to the fact that , in a process involving the preparation of foam from knitting materials, fillers, chemical additives, water, foams and granulation, the foam before the granulation is kept in natural conditions or in a heat treatment condition for 0.1-8.0 Hour to a set of raw strength of 50-800 g / cm 2 , then granulated by caking the mass into pieces of 5-100 mm in size, pelletizing them with simultaneous drying of the granules to a humidity of 2-30% .
The use of such methods allows to obtain a porous filler of high quality due to the fact that the foam is sent to the granulation with optimum plastic strength ensuring high-quality caking without breaking the continuity of raw granules, and the roll-out of pieces in a rotary drum with simultaneous drying allows a reduction in the technological cycle, .
POROUS FILLER IS PREPARING AS THE FOLLOWING
The foam was prepared by one of the known methods and sent to a holding station where it was held for 0.1-8 hours before the raw strength set was 50-500 g / cm 2 , after which it was fed to perforated rolls or a belt press with a perforated grate which were clodged It into pieces with a size of 5 to 100 mm . Then, the pieces of foam were loaded into a rotating drying drum, where they were pelletized and at the same time dried to a humidity of 2-30% .
Specific examples of the process are shown in the table .
![]() |
Example 1, 2. - The foam was prepared by treating the dry components in a rod mixer, then water (additive solution) was fed into the mixer, mixed, then the foam was fed and the mixture treated, granulated according to the process of the invention. Example 3, 4. - Penomass was prepared according to Example 1, 2, then granulated according to the proposed method, but with prohibitive parameters. Example 5, 6. - The foam was prepared according to a prototype, and granulated according to the proposed method. EXAMPLE 7 - Penomass was prepared and granulated according to a prototype. It can be seen from the table that only the use of the combination and sequence of operations described in the method makes it possible to improve the quality of the products. The proposed technical solution is industrially applicable and can be used in the production of a porous aggregate for lightweight concrete without any limitations and special conditions. |
