The invention relates to heat and waterproofing materials, protecting, for example, steel pipes. Proposed penopolimermineralnaya composition which comprises the polyisocyanate (component "B"), a mixture of polyethers, blowing agent, catalyst, stabilizer (component "A"), and and inorganic filler (component "C") in the following ratio, wt. h: Component A 25-29, B 40-49 component, component C 80-112. It is achieved by obtaining products with improved thermal and physical characteristics.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to heat and waterproofing materials, protecting, for example, steel (iron) pipes from heat loss.

Known composition for waterproofing and heat pipes, which includes a polyisocyanate containing sorbed water, diethylene glycol, triethanolamine, silicone fluid, mineral filler and acetone (SU 695965 A, 11.08.1979).

A disadvantage of the said material based on a high density, resulting in high heat losses. Last drawback is partially solved in a certain part of the following component ratio, mass parts .:

Polyisocyanate - 110-150

Diethylene glycol - 30-45

Triethanolamine - 1-1,9

Silicone liquid - 1-1,4

Acetone - 10-15

Mineral filler - 100-170

(RU 2057097 C1, 27.03.1996).

However, the known technical solution does not allow to obtain the desired quality, ie. K. The presence of acetone, it leads to spontaneous foaming composition, which does not allow to obtain a uniform material structure.

The composition of the proposed composition (RU 2121466 C1, 10.11.1998), provides a uniform structure and good compressive strength, but does not provide the necessary level of heat loss, which is an indispensable requirement for channel-free laying insulated pipelines.

The technical result of the proposed penopolimermineralnoy composition is to provide products with improved thermal and physical characteristics.

This is achieved in that a part of the inventive composition includes components, weight ratio which allows to obtain a three-layer system, consisting of two densified cortical layers (on the pipe and the periphery of the thermal insulation) and uniform structure of the medial insulating layer, the structure as a whole has a good tensile strength compression and medial insulating has a bulk density not exceeding 70 kg / m 3, which ensures the required level of heat loss and to obtain products having a thermal conductivity less than 0.037 W / mK.

For this purpose, a composition consisting of a polyisocyanate (component "B"), a polyether, a blowing agent, a catalyst, a stabilizer (component "A") and mineral filler (component "C") in the following ratio, mass parts .:

Component "A" - a mixture (polyethers, blowing agent, catalyst, stabilizer) - 25-29

Component "B" (polyisocyanate) - 40-49

The mineral filler (C component) - 95-112

Specifications of the resulting samples from advanced composite materials are shown in Table 1.

For insulating composition listed components can be mixed at various weight ratios of the components that allow to achieve the technical result of the invention, as evidenced by the examples in Table 1 are given in comparison to compositions with other insulating bulk masses.

The ratio of the components listed in Table 2 were adopted: a heat-insulating composition 1 (component "A" - 25 parts by weight of component "B" - 40 parts by weight, component "C" - 80 parts by weight) in 2 the heat insulation part (component "a" - 27 parts by weight of component "B" - 42 parts by weight, component "C" - 85 parts by weight) in the heat-insulating part 3 (the component "a" - 28 weight .ch component "B" -. 47 parts by weight, component "C" -90 parts by weight), with 4 (component "a" - 30 parts by weight of component "B" - 60 wt. h, component "C" -. 110 parts by weight), consisting of 5 (component "a" - 40 parts by weight of component "B" - 70 parts by weight, component "C" - 140 parts by weight ).

Component "A" is composed of:

polyethers at least 75% - hardener;

the blowing agent is not less than 17% - soft freon;

the catalyst is not less than 5% - triethanolamine;

the stabilizer is not less than 3% - silicone fluid.

Component "B" is used as the binder consists of a polyisocyanate - 100%.

Component "C" is used as a filler can for example consist of andesite flour, dolomite, quartz sand - the rest.

For these compounds on an industrial scale can be used produced domestic and foreign industry mixers and propeller type volume.

Comparison of the claimed compounds with known shows that they meet the conditions of patentability "novelty" and "inventive step". Since the implementation of these compositions can be used widely used mixing equipment, they meet the condition of "industrial applicability".
