DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to preparation of bitumen compositions containing polymer additives, in particular - a block copolymer (thermoplastic elastomer) used in road construction, for producing roofing, waterproofing materials and sealants.

Known composition for roofing and waterproofing materials, including polymer additives as a mixture of 0.5-10.0 wt.% Of a linear block copolymer AB, 2.0-5.0 wt.% Of a linear block copolymer ABA, 65,0- . 95.0% by weight radial block copolymer (AB) 4 X, wherein a - a polystyrene block molecular weight of 10,000-30,000, B - polybutadiene block having a molecular weight, X - polyfunctional crosslinking agent, and 2,0-20,0 wt% polystyrene having a molecular weight of 10,000-30,000, unoxidized bitumen, filler and reclaimed tire or polybutadiene in a ratio of components in the composition, in weight%..:

Said mixture of block copolymers of polystyrene and 7-12

Unoxidized bitumen 58-73

filler 10-12

Tyre reclaimed or polybutadiene 5-15

Moreover, for preparing a composition in a mixer with heating and stirring at a temperature of 130 ± 20 ° C was charged with said polymeric additive and reclaimed tire filler (talc) are mixed for 15 minutes, then fed unoxidized portions bitumen, heated to a temperature 150-170ºS and are mixed for 45-75 minutes until a homogeneous mass (patent number 1,807,999 of the USSR, IPC C 08 L 95/00, C 08 K 7/00 // C 08 L 95/00, 9:00, 25:06, 53 00, the priority of 11.29.90, published on 07/04/93, at number 13, BI).

The known solution allows to increase the elongation at break and strength-to-metal fastening material based on the composition, but also reduce its cooking temperature.

The disadvantage of this invention is a multicomponent polymer base composition multistage its production method, its preparation technology complication by requiring preheating bitumen and polymeric additives to fairly high temperatures, and the need to apply it in the molten state.

Known bituminous composition comprising 80-99 parts by weight bitumen, 1-20 parts by weight rubber (conjugated diene homopolymers, statistical copolymers of styrene and conjugated diene linear or branched block copolymers of styrene-conjugated diene, preferably a linear or branched block copolymer of styrene-butadiene), 1-20 parts by weight mixtures of sulfur and sulfur-containing compounds in a weight ratio of 20-60: 40-80, respectively, which is obtained by mixing at temperatures within 150-170ºS 1.5-2.0 h bitumen and rubber (predominantly a block copolymer of styrene-conjugated diene), then injected a mixture of sulfur and sulfur-containing compounds and optionally further - amine additive soluble in the bitumen (triethanolamine), and lead peremeshevanie for 1.5-4.0 h (RF patent number 2011166, IPC C 08 L 95/00, C 08 K 13/02, priority of 07.12.90, publ. 30.04.94, at number 8 BI).

Combined use of bitumen used in known compositions and amine-containing cure system additives significantly improves resistance of asphalt binder material to cracking.

A disadvantage of the known composition is the duration of its preparation, necessity of using a sulfuric vulcanizing system comprising a mixture of elemental sulfur and sulfur-containing compounds, the preparation of which is allocated a separate step, the possibility of an uncontrolled increase in viscosity of the bitumen composition during storage due to the occurrence in time of vulcanization processes.

Known and bituminous composition for waterproofing and sealing, comprising 70-79 wt.% Of bitumen, 9,5-15 wt.% Styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer DST-30 or rubber crumb (waste production of synthetic rubber and styrene butadiene latexes), 1,0-3, 0 wt.% low molecular weight copolymer of butadiene with acrylonitrile or piperylenes, 8.0-10.0 wt.% of plasticizer (naphthenoaromatic hydrocarbons), 0.5-1.0 wt.% of stearic acid, 1.5-3.0 wt. % surfactant (OP 7 and OP-10), which is obtained by mixing 1.5-2.0 parts for components, or in the mixer, which serves to 160-170ºS heated bitumen, and then it is introduced in portions of thermoplastic elastomer ( or rubber crumb), and stearic acid, stirred until homogeneous macsy then sequentially introduced into the low molecular weight copolymer, a plasticizer and a surfactant, either in two stages: in a first step, the concentrate by mixing in a vacuum mixer for 1 hour at 70 ° C parts asphalt with all the other components in the second stage is introduced into a mixer heated to the remainder of the bitumen 160-170ºS administered concentrate obtained in the first step, and conduct stirring at 150-170ºS for 1.5-2.0 hours, and the ratio bitumen, entered in the first and second stages is 1: 1,41-2,95, respectively (RF patent number 2011667, IPC C 08 L 95/00, C 08 K 5/00, priority of 09.01.91, published. 04/30/94, at Byul.№8).

Known bituminous composition has a high frost resistance, strength, low elongation at break at positive temperatures.

The disadvantage is its multi-component, calibration using a low molecular weight copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile (NAC), which is safe environmentally, since prolonged exposure to high temperatures by dissolving the copolymer in the bitumen can be released UNCURED residual monomer (NAC) in the environment.

Known polymer-bitumen waterproofing mastic, comprising 72-85% by weight nizkomarochnogo bitumen, 5-8% by weight of styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer DST-30 and 10-20% by weight of a fine particulate filler - hemihydrate phosphogypsum, which is obtained as follows:... In Turbomixers serves bitumen , it is heated to a temperature 160-180ºS is introduced under constant stirring in a portion of the filler bitumen filler ratio of 1: 0.028 and stirred for 10-20 minutes, then the resulting mixture is introduced into the first portion of thermoplastic DST-30 to obtain a mixture with a ratio of bitumen: TPE : filler 1: 0.002: 0.028, and then 5-10 min charged in equal parts to the remainder of the thermoplastic obtain a mixture with a ratio of bitumen: TPE: 1 excipient: 0,058-0,110: 0.028, the mixture was stirred for 40-60 minutes, after then the remaining quantity of filler introduced for 4-8 minutes, then the final mixing is carried out for 10-30 minutes until complete homogenization of the composition (Russian patent № 2016019, IPC C 08 L 95/00, C 08 K 3/24 08 // C L 95/00, 53:02, priority of 01.31.92, published. 15.07.94 city).

The disadvantages of the prior art and is a multistage process duration, but also inconvenient for transportation, storage and later discharge form - at ambient temperature the composition is a nebriketirovannuyu mass.

The closest the technical essence and achieved result is the proposed bituminous composition comprising bitumen, styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer, and an adhesive additive, which is used as a tall oil or the reaction product of tall oil and triethanolamine in a weight ratio of tallow: triethanolamine (66-68) :( 32-34), with the following ratio in the composition komponenotov wt.%: 97,3-77 bitumen, styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer 2-16, said adhesive additives 0,7-7,0 (RF patent number 2,119,513 C 08 95 L / 00, publ. 27.09.98, at number 27, BI).

The disadvantages of the known composition are:

indefinite composition of tall oil, depending on the type of raw natural source (coniferous or deciduous species of wood), and technologies for substantially changing the content of the resin acids are determined mainly by the adhesive properties of tall oil;

insufficiently effective mixing tall oil or the reaction product of triethanolamine and tall oil with a thermoplastic elastomer, which can lead to disruption in the preparation of dosage component polymer-bitumen composition;

the need for the introduction of the preheating stage adgezioonoy used additives, which leads to additional consumption of steam or electricity.

An object of the present invention to reduce the dosages of adhesion additives while maintaining high adhesive properties of the bitumen composition, enhancing its physical and mechanical characteristics, expanding the range of use of adhesion additives.

As used in the present invention, the low molecular weight maleated polybutadiene of chemically similar thermoplastic polybutadiene block, which contributes to an effective combination of these polymers and introduction of MALA groups directly into the polymer chain tarmoelastoplasta, reinforcing effect as a bitumen modifier latter.

The stated technical problem is solved in that the bituminous composition comprises bitumen, styrene-butadiene block copolymer and the adhesive additive - low molecular weight maleated polybutadiene with a content of bound maleic adgidrida 12-21 wt%, having a dynamic viscosity of 10-100 Pa.s at a temperature of 25 ° C, with the following. ratio, wt.%

Bitumen 97,5-81,0

Styrene-butadiene block copolymer 2,0-14,0

Said adhesive additive 0.5-5.0

The stated technical problem is solved by the fact that the bituminous composition further comprises an organic nitrogen-containing compound to a tertiary nitrogen atom, selected from the group of triethanolamine, polyethylenepolyamine weight ratio in said adhesion additive: nitrogen-containing compound of 1.0: 0.25-2.0.

It is known the use of maleic anhydride for modification of unsaturated petroleum resin, which is used as an emulsifier in the preparation of an aqueous dispersion of tire rubber, which is part of the bituminous mixture (AS USSR № 975646, MKI C 04 B 13/30, publ. 23.11.82 g ., № BI 43), but the use of maleic andgidrida or maleated polymers as additives polimernobitumnyh adhesive mixtures known from the literature.

The invention is confirmed by specific examples. In carrying out the invention is used: as a styrene-butadiene block copolymer - butadiene thermoplastic linear structure DST-30-01 TU 38.103267-99, styrene-butadiene thermoplastic branched structure DST-30R-01 TU 38.40327-98; triethanolamine TU 6-04-573445-90; polyethylene polyamine according to TU 6-02-594-85.

Used as an adhesion additive malenizirovanny low molecular weight polybutadiene prepared PBNM method described in Russian patent 2153508 №.
