The invention relates to a method for producing a waterproofing composition that can be used in construction as a waterproofing material for sealing potholes and road cracks. The composition contains the following ratio of components, in parts by weight: 100 epoxy resin ED-20, 5-10 polyethylene polyamine, 10-30 oil sludge, 5-20 bottoms of aniline production with aniline content of 15-80 parts by weight. The mass ratio of polyethylene polyamine to aniline bottoms produced by aniline is 1 :( 0.5-4). Oil sludge consists of hydrocarbon fractions with a boiling point of 293 ° C to 470 ° C. The invention allows the creation of a waterproofing composition with enhanced adhesion to the concrete surface.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The claimed invention relates to the field of road building materials, namely for waterproofing materials, as well as for sealing cracks.

Known as a binder for road construction, including bitumen and an amine adhesion promoter, as an amine adhesion promoter, contains an aniline resin yield waste (RF patent No. 2063990, MKI 08/095/00 published on July 20, 1996).

However, this binder has high water absorption, low adhesion to the concrete surface.

Known composition for waterproofing, including bitumen, furano-epoxy resin, polyethylene polyamine (AS No. 572476, MKI C 08 L 95/00, C09KZ / 10, published on 09.09.77).

This composition has low water resistance, low adhesion to the concrete surface.

A mixture is known for a paving device comprising a bitumen binder, an epoxy resin, a hardener (AS No. 620495, MKI C 08 L 95/00, published on August 20, 1978).

This composition has a low water resistance.

An asphalt-epoxy binder comprising an epoxy resin, an amine hardener and a paraffinized asphalt is known (Pat. No. 176601. MKI C 08 L 95/00, published on 30.06.99).

This binder has low adhesion to the concrete surface.

The closest is a polymer-concrete mixture, including epoxy resin, modified shale resin, amine hardener (diethylenediamine, triethylenetriamine, polyethylene polyamine) and mineral filler (AS No. 1260348, MKI S 04 V 26/00, published on September 30, 1986).

The disadvantage of this mixture is low adhesion to the concrete surface.

The object of the present invention is to provide a waterproofing composition having improved adhesion to a concrete surface.

In the practice of the invention, the following technical result is obtained: the adhesion to the concrete surface is increased, the technology of making the composition is simplified.

This technical result is achieved by:

A waterproofing composition comprising an epoxy diane resin ED-20, an amine hardener polyethylene polyamine, characterized in that it contains as a hardener polyethylene polyamine together with an aniline bottoms production with an aniline content of 15-80 parts by weight. And with the mass ratio of them, respectively, 1 :( 0.5-4), and additionally an oil sludge consisting of hydrocarbon fractions with a boiling point of 293 ° C to 470 ° C with the following component ratio, mass parts:

Epoxy dianate resin ED-20 - 100

The above oil sludge is 10-30

Polyethylene polyamine - 5-10

The above-mentioned bottoms of aniline production are 5-20

The use of aniline bottoms in the hardener as an adhesion promoter improves adhesion to the concrete surface due to the cyclic aromatic amines contained therein and the resinous compounds of complex composition containing amine groups. In the interaction of aniline bottoms with an epoxy resin ED-20, polar groups are formed, increasing adhesion to the concrete surface.

Polyethylene polyamine is added in order to obtain a thermoset, spatially cross-linked polymer.

The use of oil sludge instead of bitumen or asphalt makes it possible to simplify the technology of making the composition, because When preparing the composition, it is not required to heat it or pre-prepare the bitumen emulsion.

Declared limits of components are caused by the following:

The lower limit of the amount of bottoms of aniline production is due to their minimum amount necessary to obtain the required adhesion to the concrete surface. When the amount of aniline bottoms is increased, the water absorption of the composition increases.

The minimum content of polyethylene polyamine is determined by its minimum amount necessary to form a spatially cross-linked polymer. As the amount of polyethylene polyamine increases, water absorption significantly increases.

The ratio of polyethylene polyamine: bottoms of aniline production affects the structure of the cured composition. When the amount of aniline bottoms is increased, the thermophysical and physicomechanical properties of the composition deteriorate. As the amount of aniline bottoms is reduced, the concentration of polyethylene polyamine in the composition increases, which leads to a drastic reduction in the time of use of the composition.

The lower limit of the amount of oil sludge is due to its minimum amount necessary to obtain the required adhesion to the concrete surface. With an increase in the amount of oil sludge, the curing time of the composition is significantly increased and the adhesion to the concrete surface is reduced.

The composition is prepared as follows.

Mix the detached amounts of epoxy resin ED-20 and oil sludge. Separately, amine hardener is prepared by mixing polyethylene polyamine and aniline bottoms. The amine curative is added immediately before use of the waterproofing composition. After the hardener is introduced, the composition should be used within 3-4 hours.

The composition of bottoms of aniline production (technological regulations for the production of aniline at OAO Volzhsky Orgsynthesis, the stage of isolating commercial aniline), mass parts:

Aniline - 15-80

Cyclohexylamine - 0-10

Toluidine - 2-4

Diphenylamine - 3-20

Metaphenylenediamine - 1-3

O, p-aminophenols - 1-6

Caustic soda - 1-3

High-boiling high-molecular

Resinous substances - 6-45

Oil sludge consists of hydrocarbon fractions with boiling points from 293 to 470 ° C.

The invention is illustrated by the following examples:

Example 1 . 100 kg of ED-20 epoxy resin and 30 kg of oil sludge are mixed. Separately, amine hardener is prepared by mixing polyethylene polyamine and aniline bottoms of 5 and 20 kg, respectively (1: 4). The amine curative is added immediately before use of the waterproofing composition. After the hardener is introduced, the composition should be used within 3-4 hours. A composition is made on the basis of epoxy resin ED-20, oil sludge and amine hardener. Composition of the composition, parts by mass:

Epoxy dianate resin ED-20 - 100

Oil sludge - 30

Polyethylene polyamine - 5

Aniline bottoms - 20

Example 2-4 is carried out analogously to Example 1, varying the amounts of oil sludge, polyethylene polyamine and aniline bottoms. Similarly, the composition was prepared according to the prototype. The data are given in the table. Tests on strength with uniform separation were carried out according to GOST 720-75.

Table.
Components Content of components, parts by weight
In the proposed method, following the example

Modified shale resin - - - - 120
Mineral filler - - - - 200
Strength at uniform separation, kgf / cm 2 4.8 5.0 5.2 5.2 4.6

It can be seen from the table that this composition exceeds the prototype by 4-12% in strength with uniform separation, in addition, the proposed composition is prepared by a simpler technology than the prototype and can be used at negative temperatures (up to -10 ° C).
