The present invention relates to waterproofing materials used for waterproofing and anticorrosion protection of concrete, metal and reinforced concrete surfaces of building structures. The composition contains butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer DST-30, epoxy-diane resin, filler carbon black P-803, solvent-toluene, pigment filler "Prokal" containing aluminum and iron hydroxides, and additionally indene-coumarone resin, hydrophobizer-polymethylsiloxane Liquid PMS-200 and the stabilizer "Naftam-2". The composition has high adhesion properties to the concrete and metal surfaces and strength characteristics due to the simultaneous introduction of indene-cumaronic and epoxy-diane resins, hydrophobisers and fillers.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of building materials, which are used in civil and industrial construction, in particular, for waterproofing and anticorrosive protection of structures and structures of concrete, metal and reinforced concrete.

Known composition (AS USSR 1774946, MKI S 04 V 41/63, C 09 K 3/10, 1992) for the waterproofing of building structures, including, mass%:

Butadiene-styrene rubber 10-30

A mixture of toluene and gasoline in a ratio of 1: 2-1: 4 65-85

Aluminum hydroxide 5-10

This composition is characterized by increased strength, water-gas impermeability, but has insufficient adhesion to concrete, metal and low tensile strength.

The closest in technical essence and effect to the invention is the composition (patent 2185405, MKI 7 C 09 D 109/06, 2000), including, mass%:

The composition has good adhesion to concrete, but can not be used to protect metal structures and has low strength characteristics.

The object of the present invention is to provide a waterproofing polymer composition with improved adhesion characteristics to concrete and metal surfaces and higher strength properties.

The aim is achieved in that an indene-coumarone resin, carbon black and pigment filler, stabilizer, hydrophobizer-polymethylsiloxane liquid and toluene are included in the waterproofing composition comprising the butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer, epoxy-diane resin, with the following component ratio, wt. %:

Butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer DST-30 8-20

Epoxy-diane resin 0.7-3

Pigment filler "Procal" 18-21

Technical carbon P-803 1,2-3

Hydrophobizer - polymethylsiloxane

As a result of research and a number of tests, as well as experience in the practice of construction, it was possible to obtain a material with high adhesion properties to both concrete and metal, and strength properties. The material has good technological properties. All components of the recipe are regulated by regulatory documents: styrene-butadiene-styrene thermoplastic DST-30-01 corresponds to TU 38.103267-80, indene-coumarone resin - TU 14-6-72-89, epoxy-diane resin - GOST 10584-84, oil toluene - GOST 14710-78, pigment filler "Procal" - TU 2322-002050898710-01, technical carbon P-803 - GOST 7885-86, water repellent agent - polymethylsiloxane liquid PMS-200 - GOST 13032-77, stabilizer "Naftam-2" - GOST 39-79.

The technology for obtaining the composition includes: dissolving the butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer in toluene at a temperature of 20-50 ° C (the process takes 3-6 hours); Addition of indene-coumarone resin, and then all other components (in the above ratio) and mixing to a homogeneous mass.

For the testing of coatings on its basis, concrete and metal samples were used.

Compositions of compositions are given in Table 1. The physical and mechanical properties of the developed composition are shown in Table 2.

This composition is superior to the prototype for a number of indicators.

This result is achieved by a partial replacement of epoxy dianate resin with an "aromatic" resin - indene-coumarone resin, the introduction of a hydrophobizer and a filler pigment. Pigment-filler "Procal" and improves adhesion properties, because Is alkaline (pH = 11), as well as concrete (pH = 11-13). The presence of hydroxyl groups on the surface of aluminum particles leads to the formation of coagulation spatial structures, which makes it possible to achieve specified properties under the conditions of production. In the anti-corrosion protection of metal coatings increases the inhibitory effect.

The material on the insulating surface is applied by brush, roller or spray.

The composition is recommended for waterproofing and anticorrosive protection of various building structures, both underground and on land.
