(EN) The invention relates to the field of construction and is intended for protection from moistening of the surface layer of articles made of silicate building materials - concrete, brick, various plasters. The composition for the hydrophobization of building materials contains, by weight: sodium methylsiliconeate 10-15, sodium hexafluorosilicate 0.8-1.2, orthophosphoric acid 0.2-0.25, talc 0.15-0.25, aluminum oxide 0, 25-0.5, the rest is water. The technical result is an increase in moisture-proof properties and durability of building materials. Capillary suction of water after hydrophobization of products is 0,05-0,41 kg / m 2 , penetration depth 3,5-4,0 mm.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of construction, mainly to the protection from the moistening of the surface layer of products made of silicate building materials - concrete, brick, various plasters, natural stone, slate, cement-sand tiles.

To protect against the moistening of the surface layer of products made of silicate building materials, hydrophobizing silicone fluids are used. For example, aqueous solutions of alkyl silicates (GKZh-10, 11), aqueous emulsions or non-aqueous solutions of polyethylhydridesiloxane (GKZh-94).

A composition is known which contains, as the organosilicon liquid, an aqueous emulsion of 10-15% polyethylhydride siloxane and 1-2% orthophosphoric acid (Author's certificate No. 1498741, cl. 04B 41/64, 1987) .

The disadvantage of this composition is the drying time of the products 2-7 days at 10-20 ° until ready. In addition, the original silicone fluid is expensive and therefore not available for large-scale use in construction.

The closest to the present invention relates to a composition comprising , as the organosilicon liquid, an aqueous solution of sodium alkyl siliconate, phosphoric acid (Patent RF 2,022,949, published November 15, 1994). The disadvantage of this composition is low moisture-proof properties of products, a complex process of applying it to products.

A new technical result of the present invention is to provide a composition that has higher waterproof properties (reduced moisture absorption and increased durability) due to hardening of the surface layer, at a low cost, was easy to prepare and apply to products.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the composition for hydrophobizing silicate building materials containing silicone fluid, orthophosphoric acid and water according to the invention additionally contains sodium hexafluorosilicate, talc, aluminum oxide, and as the silicone fluid is sodium methyl siliconate, in this case The content of all said ingredients should be in the following proportions, by weight:

COMPOSITION FOR HYDROPHOBICATION OF SILICATE BUILDING MATERIALS

When mixing an aqueous solution of methyl siliconate with orthophosphoric acid and aluminum oxide, a supersaturated solution forms. To increase the stability of the disperse system, talc is added. As the complexing agent containing silicon in the six-coordinate coordination, sodium hexafluorosilicate is used, which makes it possible to control the structure formation processes occurring during the interaction of sodium methylsiliconate with silicates, which leads to hardening of the forming surface layer due to additional complexation. Such a surface layer has higher waterproof properties and prevents the penetration of moisture into the article.

EXAMPLES OF CONCRETE EXECUTION

1. Preparation of the composition.

The composition is prepared in two steps:

Stage 1. To the water, with continuous stirring at a speed of 80-100 rpm, orthophosphoric acid of the "h" or "chda" gradient is gradually added, after 30 minutes sodium methylsiliconeate (GKZh-11, TU 2229-276-05763441-99) and after 30 minutes Alumina "h" or "chda". The whole process can take 1.5-2 hours. The mixture is left for 24 hours with continuous stirring.

2 stage. Without stopping the mixing, talc "h" or "chda" is added to the prepared mixture and after one hour sodium hexafluorosilicate "ch" or "chd". And stir again for 5 hours. The obtained composition is treated with samples of aerated concrete by means of an atomizer in 2-3 layers.

3. Testing of waterproof properties of aerated concrete samples.

After applying the composition to the surface of the product, the samples are tested at 20 ° C after 24 hours, 14 days, 18 months. After processing. Storage of samples was carried out under atmospheric conditions. Determination of the values of capillary suction of moisture by the surface is carried out by holding samples of aerated concrete in a thin layer of water (3 mm) for 1 hour.

Three compositions of the ingredients were prepared to prepare the composition.

The quantitative composition of the composition and the results of tests of samples of aerated concrete treated with initial solutions are presented in the table.

Based on the results of the tests presented in the table, it can be concluded that the proposed composition has higher waterproof properties (moisture absorption decreases and durability of the surface layer of the products increases), which indicates its higher hydrophobizing properties. In addition, the composition is simple in the process of preparing and applying to products, inexpensive starting components, and therefore, is available for large-scale use in construction.
