The closest to the invention is a paint composition comprising an acrylate-containing dispersion, an epoxy resin-based emulsion, pigments, including strontium chromate and zinc phosphate in a ratio of 1: 9, a coalescing additive, a biocide additive, a surfactant, a corrosion inhibitor, a thickener , Water [pat. However, it has insufficient adhesion to aluminum, water resistance, slowly dries up under natural conditions.

The paint composition according to the invention is prepared as follows:
1. Prepare a semi-finished pigment paste in a mixer by dissolving surface-active substances, a thickening agent, a biocide additive and, if necessary, a neutralizing base.
2. Prepare kneading pigment paste in a high-speed mixer by loading a semi-finished product for the pigment paste, pigments and, if necessary, a defoamer and antifreeze and stirring to a homogeneous mass.
3. The pigment paste is dispersed in a bead mill.
4. Prepare a semi-finished acrylate-containing dispersion in a mixer by loading with constant stirring an acrylate-containing binder, coalescing additives, thickeners and, if necessary, a defoamer and mixing to a homogeneous mass.
5. The water-dispersion paint composition is composed by adding a semi-finished product of acrylate-containing dispersion, pigment paste, corrosion inhibitor, fluorine-containing filler to the mixer under constant stirring.
The composition is applied by brush, roller, paint sprayer. Examples of the composition according to the invention are given in Table 1, the properties of the coatings are given in Table 2.
As can be seen from the table, the proposed composition has better adhesion to aluminum, water resistance and drying in natural conditions compared to the known one.
