The invention relates to the production of building materials, in particular to the production of foam diatomite bricks. The technical result is the preparation of foam-diatomite bricks with specified technological properties and geometric parameters, increasing the strength of molded articles. The method for making foam dia tiomite bricks includes heating up to the maximum temperature, holding in the furnace and stepwise cooling. Before heating to the maximum temperature and holding in the oven, the foam and diatomite feed stock produced and spreaded in the molds is dried in furnaces for a time and at a temperature sufficient to bring the residual moisture of the foamed diatomite feed mass not more than 20%, gradually cooling to ambient temperature, then billet Bricks are subjected to stripping, culling and stacking on trolleys. After that, the billet preforms are heated in furnaces to the maximum temperature for 1/3 part of the heat treatment cycle time, maintained at this temperature for the next 1/3 part of the heat treatment cycle time, and then the stepwise cooling to ambient temperature is performed in the remaining time of the heat treatment cycle.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the production of building materials, as well as to the field of production of heat-insulating materials, in particular to the production of foam diatomite bricks.

A method for burning ceramic products, preferably bricks, is known, by heating, holding at the maximum temperature, and stepwise cooling with steam, steam and air, and atmospheric air (see AS USSR No. 897756, class C 04 B 33/32, Pub., 15.01 .1982, Bulletin No. 2) .

To the reasons preventing the achievement of the following technical result when using the known method, the fact that the billet of the foam diatomite brick is a dough-like raw mixture that is poured into special shapes. Before firing, this mixture must go through the drying process in molds, and then the process of decking (removing dried bricks from the mold).

The essence of the invention lies in the fact that, prior to heating to the maximum temperature and holding in the furnace, the prepared and poured foamed diatomite feed stock in the molds is dried in furnaces for a time and at a temperature sufficient to bring the residual moisture of the foamed diatomite feed mass not more than 20%, gradually cooling Up to the ambient temperature, then the bricks are subjected to stripping, culling and laying on trolleys. Then the brick is subjected to rejection, and defective brick is sent for processing, and ready - for the sales network or for calibration.

The use of the proposed method provides the following technical result:

- production of foam-diatomite bricks with specified technological properties and geometric parameters according to TU 5764-002-25310144-99;

- Increasing the strength of molded articles from the claimed mixture.

Said technical result in the practice of the invention is achieved by the fact that the method for manufacturing foam dentomitic bricks includes heating to a maximum temperature, holding in the furnace and stepwise cooling.

The peculiarity is that before heating to the maximum temperature and holding in the oven, the foamed diatomite raw material prepared and cast into molds is dried in the kilns for a time and at a temperature sufficient to bring the residual moisture of the foamed diatomite feed mass not more than 20%, to a gradual Cooling to ambient temperature, then billets are subjected to stripping, culling and stacking on trolleys.

In addition, the bricks are heated in furnaces to a maximum temperature for 1/3 part of the heat treatment cycle time, maintained at this temperature for the next 1/3 part of the heat treatment cycle time, and then the stepwise cooling to ambient temperature is performed in the remaining time of the heat treatment cycle . Then the brick is subjected to rejection, and defective brick is sent for processing, and ready - for the sales network or for calibration.

The Applicant's prior art analysis, including the search for patents and scientific and technical information sources and the identification of sources containing information on analogues of the claimed invention, made it possible to establish that the applicant did not find an analogue characterized by features identical to all the essential features of the claimed invention. The determination from the list of identified analogues of the prototype as the most significant in terms of the essential features of the analogue made it possible to identify a set of essential characteristics in relation to the technical result of the applicant as claimed by the applicant in the claimed method as set forth in the claims.

Therefore, the claimed invention corresponds to the condition of "novelty".

The method of manufacturing foamodetomite bricks explains the algorithm presented in the drawing.

METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PENODIATOMITE BRICKS

The use of the claimed method of manufacturing foamodetomite bricks makes it possible to obtain a product with the following physicomechanical parameters:

Volumetric weight, kg / m 3 350-500

Compressive strength, kgf / cm 2 6-10

Thus, the foregoing description indicates that the following set of conditions is fulfilled when the claimed invention is used:

- the means embodying the claimed invention, in its implementation, is intended for the production of foam dia- tomite bricks;

- for the claimed method as it is characterized in the foregoing claims, it is confirmed that it can be carried out using the means and methods described in the application;

- A means embodying the claimed invention in the implementation, is capable of ensuring that the applicant achieves the stated technical tasks.

Therefore, the claimed invention corresponds to the condition "industrial applicability".
