The invention relates to building materials and can be used for the device of bases and coatings of highways. The impregnation is carried out at room temperature, crushed stone sleeper impregnation composition (coal oil, shale oil, or mixtures thereof) at a pressure 0-6,0 MPa for 120-300 seconds and subsequent mixing it with 3% by weight of molten asphalt to gravel evenly enveloping material. Using this method can reduce the crushability crushed stone (crushed stone loss during compaction standard) as compared to control (known) means the average 2,46-3,72 times after water absorption tests on standard seal - at 2,23-3,96 times
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a road-building materials, and can be used for the construction of basements and roads coating.

There is a method for the preparation of black rubble AS 1520043 Soviet Union, C 04 B 26/26, from 01.07.1986, comprising gravel impregnation under pressure 5-15 MPa molten viscous bitumen for 5-20 minutes or liquefied bitumen for 3-5 minutes. The disadvantage of this method is the lack of decline in black shatter rubble when tested on a standard seal and water absorption. Furthermore, this increases the need for relatively expensive and asphalt binder because of the necessity of impregnation at elevated temperatures, increase the cost and power consumption of the process.
The aim of the invention is to reduce water absorption and shatter rubble after the experiments on a standard seal in accordance with GOST 8269.0-97.
Method is as follows
The dried to constant weight limestone chippings impregnated with low-strength pressure 0-6,0 MPa sleeper impregnation composition, coal oil, shale oil, or mixtures thereof for a 120-300 and further mixed with 3% by weight of crushed stone, viscous molten bitumen. Pre-impregnation of the dried gravel sleeper impregnation composition (PNS) can be carried out in an autoclave to impregnate sleepers sleeper impregnation plant, or in specially designed baths, autoclaves. Preparation of black gravel can be accomplished in asfaltobetonosmesitele by mixing with molten bitumen or by impregnation (polupropitki) advance laid in a constructive layer impregnated PNS rubble using asphalt distributor. Pre-impregnation of the pores of the NLS rubble reduces shatter rubble and water absorption after crushing. This is because of the chemical and thermodynamic processes in the contact area of liquids with a stone, redistribution of stresses loosely bound layers of liquid water repellent film and a significant portion of the inner surface of the stone.

CLAIM
A method for preparing black gravel road construction by dry impregnation of limestone gravel and low-strength when using viscous molten bitumen, characterized in that the dried impregnated chippings sleeper impregnation composition in the form of coal oil, shale oil, or mixtures thereof at 20-22 o C under overpressure 0- 6.0 MPa for 120-300 and mixed with the molten viscous bitumen in an amount of 3% by weight of crushed rock to a uniform enveloping material.
