Use: woodworking, production of plate material from plant waste. Essence: wood waste to obtain a fraction not larger than 3 / -. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to a wood-processing industry and can be used in the manufacture of board materials from plant waste.
A method for manufacturing board materials from plant waste, which comprises mixing the pulverized particles of vegetable raw material with a binder, then one form carpet with subsequent heat treatment, and the carpet is subjected to hot pressing to obtain solid and semi-solid slab or dried, yielding soft ( insulation), boards (S.P.Rebrin, ED Mercier V.G.Evdokimov "Technology fibreboard" M. The disadvantage of this method is the use of special sizing additives based on synthetic binders and related fact the problem of toxicity of plate materials.
The problem solved by this invention is that in the manufacture of plate material technology from plant waste is eliminated the use of binder additives based on synthetic resins, which allows to obtain an environmentally friendly material, and make better use of waste wood, pulp and paper and agricultural industries.
For this purpose, the method of manufacturing slab from plant waste material, comprising mixing fine particles of raw materials from the vegetable with a binder and forming the mat with subsequent heat treatment, is used as a binder of cellulose pulp, and by the fact that the pulp is added in an amount of 17-100 % by weight vegetable waste, and that the thermal mat treatment is applied by its drying or hot pressing, and by the fact that as the pulp take shredded waste paper, in that the pulp taken fibrous waste pulp and paper industry that as plant raw material used wood particles that used as raw material straw or fire that used as raw material husk sunflower that by mixing fine particles of a binder is further added additives to impart plate materials special properties that as an additive use hydrophobic additives that hydrophobic additives introduced in an amount of 0.5-2.0% by weight of particles with a binder.
An example of the method of the invention.
Wood waste is crushed to obtain a fraction not larger than 3 / -. Dissolving a waste paper pulper, diluted with water to a concentration of 3.1% and fed into a container with a stirrer, which serves and shredded wood waste and additives for imparting specific properties of the plates, for example, hydrophobic (paraffin emulsion). In the manufacture of solid and semi-solid slab heat treatment is carried out by hot pressing in a press at a pressure of 1.5-2 MPa and a temperature of the press platens 170-190 ° C.
In the manufacture of soft carpet tiles thermal treatment is carried out by drying at a temperature of 150-165 C. The duration of heat treatment depends on the moisture of the carpet and the thickness of the plates. As of cellulose pulp can be used in waste paper and pulp production, such as ospreys, coarse screening of unbleached pulp waste in the same quantities. Properties of board materials are obtained at the same level as shown in the table.
As raw material can be used chopped straw, the fire of flax, hemp, sunflower husks and other agricultural crops. In this semi-solid slab of straw plates strength somewhat lower than when used as a plant waste wood particles.
Thus, the invention avoids the use of synthetic binders in the manufacture of plate material technology from plant waste and make better use of waste wood, pulp and paper and agricultural industries, which provides a non-toxic plate materials using production waste, not finding the target application.
