The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the erection of buildings for various purposes from bricks and other stone materials. The technical result: achievement of elastic work of bonds on stretching, which provides the design position of the outer layer of the masonry after the disappearance of the horizontal load. The connection for lightweight masonry is made in the form of a steel reinforcement element, connects the inner and outer layers of the masonry and passes through a layer of thermal insulation, the reinforcing element being in the form of a closed ring reinforced with a rod welded along its diameter oriented along the masonry.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the erection of buildings for various purposes from bricks and other stone materials.

Lightweight masonry is known, made in the form of a three-layered structure with a flexible interconnection of layers, each layer of masonry is calculated for a separate perception of the load. Loads from coatings and overlappings must be transferred only to the inner layer. On the outer layer, the vertical load acts only from its own weight and the horizontal wind load. Flexible connections should be designed from corrosion-resistant steels or steels protected from corrosion. The total cross-sectional area of flexible steel bonds should not be less than 0.4 cm 2 per 1 m 2 of the wall surface ( See SNiP II-22-81 * "Stone and Armored Structures", M. 1983, p.19 and p.29 ).

As a prototype, a connection is made in the form of a steel bracket, the layout and shape of which is shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 (See "Stone structures and their erection", Builder's Handbook, M., Stroyizdat, 1977 p.61, Fig. 23 and 24).

The disadvantage of the analogue and the prototype is that under the influence of the vertical load from the own weight of the outer layer of the masonry of the multi-storey building and the horizontal horizontal load, the outer layer gets moved towards the inner layer of the masonry. Flexible bonds in the form of individual wire rods of low rigidity work as compressed elements. With a combination of maximum loads, flexible connections can lose stability and subsequently lose the ability to perceive the load. In this case, the outer layer of the masonry receives a large deflection, and the outer surface of this layer receives deformations exceeding the maximum permissible, which can lead to detachment of the finish coat or a layer of stone material in multi-gap products.

The technical result is the achievement of the elastic work of bonds on tension, which ensures the design position of the outer layer of the masonry after the disappearance of the horizontal load.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the connection for lightweight masonry is made in the form of a steel reinforcement element connecting the inner and outer layers of the masonry and passes through a layer of thermal insulation.

The reinforcing element has the form of a closed ring reinforced with a rod welded along its diameter, oriented along the masonry.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by the drawings, which show:

FIG. 2 shows a kind of masonry along section II with a steel staple connection adopted in the prototype

FIG. 3 shows a sectional view of a masonry with a proposed connection in the form of a closed ring reinforced with a rod

The connection for lightweight masonry is made in the form of a steel reinforcement element, which has the form of a closed ring 1 reinforced with a rod welded along its diameter 2, oriented along the masonry. The connection connects the inner 3 and outer 4 layers of the masonry and passes through the layer of thermal insulation 5.

In the deflection of the outer layer under the influence of vertical and horizontal loads, the circular form of the connection is transformed into an elliptical one, since for the same area of the circle and ellipse, the perimeter length of the ellipse will be larger due to the elastic deformation of the steel stretching than the circle, Tensile stresses. A further increase in the ellipse is prevented by the gain rod 2, in which tensile stresses arise. Thus, both elements of the link work on stretching.

When removing the horizontal load, the link tends to return to the original form of the circle and thus provides the design position of the outer layer of the masonry.

CLAIM

The connection for lightweight masonry, made in the form of a steel reinforcing element, connecting the inner and outer layers of the masonry and passing through the layer of thermal insulation, characterized in that the reinforcing element has the form of a closed ring reinforced with a rod welded along the diameter, oriented along the masonry.
