Date of commencement of the patent: 2004.05.25

The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the coatings of civil buildings for sports and entertainment purposes. The technical result is a simplification of the design of the hanging cover. The hanging covering consists of bearing stretched elements, made in the form of paired metal corners of a curvilinear outline with pre-stressed reinforcing bars located in them. The ends of each carrier element are connected by a spacer from the paired metal corners. On the bearing elongated elements are laid reinforced concrete thin-walled slabs of the coating.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to enclosing structures of buildings and can be used as a cover for civil buildings for sports and entertainment purposes.

A hanging covering of unambiguous and multivalued curvature is known (see Baikov VN, Drozdov PF, Trifonov IA, etc. Reinforced Concrete Structures: Special Course: A Manual for Institutions .-- 3rd ed. Revised - M.: Stroyizdat, 1981. - C.189-191).

It is known such a hanging covering, in which the supporting element is the cables suspended from the end frames with reinforced concrete braces (see Adamovich VV, Barkhin BG, Varezhkin VA, etc. Architectural design of public buildings and structures: the Textbook For higher educational institutions - 2nd edition, revised and supplemented - Moscow: Stroyizdat, 1984. - p.88-90) and taken for a prototype. The disadvantage of such a constructive solution is the need to introduce braces, which ensure the operation of the bearing element for tension.

The technical result is a simplification of the design of the hanging cover.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that the carrier element is made of paired metal corners of a curvilinear outline with pre-stressed reinforcing bars disposed therein.

The ends of the supporting element are connected by a spacer from the paired metal corners.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by graphical materials depicting

1 is a perspective view of a pendant cover;

2 shows a cross-section 1-1 of the carrier element;

3 shows a cross-section 2-2 of a spacer.

The proposed hanging cover consists of bearing stretched elements 1, made in the form of paired metal corners 2 of curvilinear outline, with prestressed reinforcing bars 3 or ropes arranged in them. The ends of the carrier element 1 are connected by a spacer 4 from the paired metal corners. The reinforced concrete thin-walled slabs 5 are laid along the bearing elongated elements 1.

The hanging cover is mounted and operates as follows.

On the construction site, the supporting element 1 of the paired metal corners 2 (flat) in the horizontal plane is laid on the construction site on a special stand, bolted to the spacer corners 4, the straining rod or cable armature fitted with screw threads at the ends is laid. Fastening of ropes is carried out by special clips. Preliminary stress in ropes is created mechanically, in rods - by electrothermal method. At this stage, the carrier element is in a stress-strain state as a conventional arch, loaded with an external load, the role of which in this case is performed by prestressed reinforcement, and in the spacer there is a tensile force as in the tightening of the arch. After mounting the supporting element onto the columns or load-bearing walls of the building and loading it with precast reinforced concrete slabs, it compresses the prestressing voltage and creates a tensile stress. And in the spacer, the tensile stress is extinguished and a small compressive stress occurs.

This design solution allows the use of spacers of minimum cross-section and stiffness at a significant design length without loss of stability.

CLAIM

A hanging covering consisting of load-bearing elongated elements and thin-walled reinforced concrete slabs, characterized in that the load-bearing stretched elements are made in the form of paired metal corners of a curvilinear outline with pre-stressed reinforcing bars disposed therein, the ends of each element being connected by a spacer from the paired metal corners.
