The invention relates to the processing of stone, in particular to methods and apparatus for producing architectural products of hardened materials, such as concrete. The technical result of the invention is to expand the range of decorative building products, more efficient use of equipment used to manufacture them. A method of manufacturing architectural products and small architectural forms include molding with hardening materials such as concrete, reinforced with a metal frame. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Estimated invention relates to the processing of stone, in particular to methods and apparatus for producing architectural products of hardened materials, such as concrete.

A method for manufacturing products from an artificial stone, such as cement-polymer concrete, comprising preparing a concrete mixture for fine concrete, the preparation and laying in reinforcement form (if necessary) and preformed concrete mix of cement and polymer concrete and subsequently compressing it and holding in a steam cell for 24 hours (see, for example, technical "ArhiStil" our catalog "Products made of artificial stone" -.. M., 2004, p.21). The strength of products produced by known technology, up to 35 MPa, and frost is not less than 200 cycles. Architectural products are complex profile, pattern, characterized by high geometric accuracy. However, the manufacturing process has high complexity and labor intensity: the method for forming a dry block-making that requires the use of high pressures during the pressing; when heat and humidity treatment is necessary to strictly maintain the preset mode, the violation of which leads to a significant loss of strength of the finished products, and the heat treatment time for at least a day significantly increases the cost of manufacturing of architectural and building products.

Known adopted a prototype method for manufacturing architectural products and small architectural forms, including molding with hardened materials, such as concrete, reinforced with a metal frame (see., Eg, patent USSR №402187, Cl. B 28 D 1/30, 1971 g). In this method, architectural and building products are made using a template reciprocating arcuate movement and for applying a pattern to the surface of the concrete mix. Application of this method allows to obtain products architectural pattern, the entire width of manufactured products. However, known solution only applies to the flat building products, which significantly narrows the scope of its use.

In this device, the cutting head is formed as a concave spherical cavity corresponding to the shape of beads and rotatably reciprocating movement. However, the form of architectural products produced limited sphere.

The closest in technical essence to the proposed is an apparatus for manufacturing decorative building products, comprising a frame with upper and lower beams, the template for applying to the pattern surface of the product and support for fixing the template (see. For example, USSR Patent №402187, cl. B 28 D 1/30, 1971). Wherein the frame is made in the known device mounted on a self-propelled and the form in which the concrete mix is ​​stacked and parallel to the surface on which the pattern is applied, thus limiting the use of the known device only for the production of flat architectural products.

An object of the proposed solution is to expand the range of decorative building products, more efficient use of equipment used to manufacture them.

The problem is solved by a method for manufacturing the architectural and building products and small architectural forms comprising molding with hardening material such as concrete, reinforced with a metal frame, the metal frame is oriented on the vertical axis of the article and fill the core of a concrete mixture, followed by aging it in for 2-6 hours, after which the primary layer of concrete is applied a coating of fine concrete mix concrete, grade 500 M and workpiece surface svezhesformovannoy concrete treated with the edge pattern corresponding to the configuration items by rotating it at a rate of 3-30 / min around the vertical axis of the frame prior to the acquisition of the corresponding decorative product type. This is achieved by moving the template with an edge corresponding to a given configuration of products, articles about a vertical axis. Moreover, according to the pattern device is removable, which makes it possible to produce products with different shape of the outer surface and the upper beam of the frame of the claimed device is movable to permit its attachment at different heights and thereby obtaining products of desired length (height).

The proposed method for the manufacture of architectural products and small architectural forms is as follows.

For each type of product obtained in the form of bodies of revolution (the elements of columns, balustrades, landscape elements, etc.) are made of metal frame and fix it vertically on the support site. Quality parameters of the architectural and building products and small architectural forms determine the physical and mechanical properties of hardened concrete, from which they are made. The results of concrete tests laid in the ground and covering layers fabricated articles samples are shown in the table.

Visual inspection of manufactured architectural and construction products samples showed no cracks on their surfaces, splits, stains or any other defects.

Apparatus for producing architectural products and small architectural forms used for the realization of the proposed method, is schematically illustrated.

The apparatus includes a support frame consisting of upper beam 1, made movable for its fastening in different heights, and the lower beam 2. The beams are joined lateral uprights 3. On both beams are fixed bearing assemblies 4 and 5.raspolozhennye coaxially with vertical axis 6 manufactured product. Bearing units based on the carrier 7 formed as a U-shaped frame and located parallel to the axis 6.

The vertical strut 8 of the carrier 7 is provided with holes 9 for fixing thereon the pattern 10. The pattern - removable, enabling the manufacture of products of different configurations. The lower bearing unit 5 is available for the reference area 11 manufactured products, fixed on a support platform 11 by a set screw 12.

Device operates as follows

The practical implementation of the technical solution proved possible to manufacture architectural products and small architectural forms, distinguished by high quality parameters: the product characterized by clarity of form, dimensional accuracy, surface finish (no stains, chips, cracks, defects, etc.), high expressiveness and durability. The proposed method and apparatus allow to eliminate the need for costly tooling intermediate molding a plaster or polymer forms substantially reduce manufacturing cost and improve manufacturing productivity products.
