The invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to the solar panels. Technical result of the invention is to improve the strength and durability of the solar battery. A solar battery placed on the support base and embedded above the photoelectric converters sealing composition curable with light transmittance level of at least 30%. The configuration of the support base at the site of installation of the solar cell is performed as a flat pad. In this flat area to accommodate solar utaplivajut either in the body of the support base or on the rim enclose the perimeter. In addition, over the solar cell glass plate or glazing can be placed by the fall of the radiant flux.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the technical facilities, including solar panels (PSB), such as roofing and wall blocks (construction, architecture), an autonomous solar power (life support systems, vehicles, signaling devices), etc.
Known designs of solar cells (SC) used in technical devices and architecture (see, for example, A.S.Popolov "Sunny trucks" M. Transport, 1996; A.E.Gutnov "World Architecture" - M... : The Young Guard, 1985, p.58). Thus DPM usually constitute an independent constructive mechanically connectable to the base plate (housing dedicated console, etc.) products.
The closest analogue of the proposed technical solutions is a way of fixing the DPM to the support base, presented in a monograph G.Raushenbaha "Handbook on designing solar cells." - M .: Energoatomisdat, 1983, p.178, Figure 3.41. Solar cells are placed on a prototype of the curved surface of the support base by using an adhesive compound. This line (electrical cables) from the current collection of photovoltaic cells (solar cells), usually located in protected gargrot (boxes), including on the outer surface of the support base and not affect the strength properties of the compounds' support base - FEP (Sa) ".
The disadvantages analogs include clear underutilization of the support base for the power of discharge relatively fragile PSB, which hinders widespread use of environmentally attractive and commercially available in the regions of the Security Council with difficult climatic conditions.
The aim of the invention is a method for manufacturing roof panels with SB-integrated constructive support base products (panel unit device) that provides strength and durability of bringing the assembly to a level of the primary product material base carrier.
This object is achieved by the fact that the Security Council is placed (mounted) on the support base and fill above the FEP sealing the curable composition with a light transmittance of not less than 30% (the highest level of disposable light emission in the Council working range).
To increase the utilization factor of the radiant light flux configuration (surface) of the support base at the site of installation Sa operate as a flat pad (aka: Sa is set on a flat platform, made in the carrier base). At the same time - depending on the adopted design-layout scheme products - flat area (site) to accommodate SC utaplivajut or in the body of the support base, or enclose the perimeter rim (up to fill level of the sealant composition).

It should be noted that the proposed technical solution durability operation (work) PSB significantly increased (as FEP degradation under the influence of radiation and other adverse factors slowing relatively strong due to the presence of the protective screen which performs the role sealant composition).
In the case of the maximum tightening requirements on the radiation resistance of the Security Council further protection can be FEP plate glass (glazing) item 5 - See, for example, 6..
Application in the framework of the proposed method with similar gradients of thermal expansion of durable materials will create long-term roofing panels (supporting konstruktivy) having a qualitatively new consumer properties - more capacity for the generation of electrical current for domestic and technological needs (which every year becomes more and more economically and environmentally attractive).
CLAIM
