DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in other fields, for example wind power.

The blade impeller of the wind-driven device VEU-8 and VEU-16 [1] is known, adopted for the prototype.

The disadvantage of this blade impeller wind power device is a low efficiency and a high zone of working wind speeds.

The task, to solve which the claimed invention is directed, is to increase the efficiency and achieve a low zone of working wind speeds.

The technical result, which consists in increasing the efficiency and lowering the working wind speed zone, is achieved by the fact that the screw-forming part of the blade of the blade impeller is made with a transverse kink, and the support of the upper and lower helical forming parts of the blade is located on the line of transverse bending, with the upper and lower screw- Parts of the blade of the blade impeller are able to unfold and fold along the line of transverse inflection and along the line of transverse inflection, and the impeller blades of the wind power device are able to move forward and radially from the axis with a turn to the required angle and slide back and to the axis of rotation.
