Date of commencement of the patent: 2004.09.27

The invention relates to the field of wind energy. The technical result consists in reducing the mass and dimensions of the generator while minimizing its cost. The stator of a segment-type wind generator consists of pole pieces, a magnetic core with working coils and fastening elements. The pole tips of the stator are made in the form of a set of L-shaped plates, with some internal L-shaped plates contacting the inner surface of the magnetic circuit with the coils, and other external L-shaped plates with the outer surface of the magnetic circuit with the coils, and the fastening elements are made in the form of a non-magnetic ring , Installed parallel to the magnetic circuit with the coils, and non-magnetic bolts, pulling together horizontal sections of internal and external L-shaped plates.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of wind energy.

Wind power generators [1, 2] with stators of the traditional type are known.

Of all the known analogues, the stator of the wind-electric generator [3] of the segment type, which is performed on the basis of the magnetic system of the DC machine or universal, closest to the claimed for the totality of essential features, that is, has pole pieces, a magnetic circuit with working coils and fastening elements.

The disadvantage of this stator is that it is adapted to work only with a pre-cut inductor, which complicates the manufacturing process, increases mass.

The invention is aimed at reducing the mass and dimensions of the generator while minimizing its cost.

This is achieved by the fact that the pole pieces of the stator are made in the form of a set of L-shaped plates, one of which is internal - the L-shaped plates contact the inner surface of the magnetic circuit with the coils, while the other - external - the L-shaped plates contact the outer surface of the magnetic circuit with the coils , And the fastening elements are made in the form of a non-magnetic ring installed parallel to the magnetic circuit with the coils, and non-magnetic bolts clamping the horizontal sections of the inner and outer L-shaped plates.

Achievement of the technical result is due to the fact that the L-shaped magnetic cores are widely used as a base element, they have a large nomenclature of standard sizes, and they can easily be made of U-shaped by cutting one of the racks.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a front view of a wind power generator, FIG. 2 is a top view. FIG. On a larger scale, the stator of the generator is shown in FIG. 3 in a side view, FIG. 4 is a front view.

The segmental wind turbine consists of a tower 1, wind turbines having a rim 2 with ferromagnetic permanently magnetized rotor segment elements 3. The bicycle type wind turbines have spoke blades 4, the wind wheels are connected by a flexible element 5 (for example, a chain or toothed belt) that covers the pulleys 6 , Reinforced on the hub. In the center, between the vertically mounted wind wheels and at the same time between the horizontally mounted wind wheels, a stator 7 is installed. The rotating base 8 is mounted on the tower, and the flexible element is provided with a tensioning device-roller 9 with a spring-loaded lever 10. The rotating base is provided with a tail 11, transverse beam 12, Ends of which the bearing units 13 are mounted.

The stator (see Figs. 3 and 4) contains a set of the following L-shaped plates: long internal 14, long outer 15, short outer 16, short internal 17. The attachment is arranged by means of a non-magnetic ring 18 which is installed parallel to the main magnetic core, Non-magnetic bolts 19 that pass through holes formed in the horizontal portions 20 of the L-shaped plates. The main magnetic circuit 21 with working coils 22 connected by wires 23 is a standard stator from a car generator of a synchronous type. The rotor elements 3 are magnetized on the axis of the unit, i.e. The poles are located at the front and rear of the generator (see FIG. 1), and the elements interconnect the inner and outer magnetic circuits during operation of the device.

Operation of the device. Under the influence of the wind flow on the blades 4, the wind wheel, and consequently, the rims 2 also come into rotation. Rotary elements 3 alternately enter into a magnetic interaction with the pole pieces, and in accordance with the principle of the inductor generator, the magnetic flux commutes.

As a result, an emf is injected into the coils 22, which is fed to the regulating unit and further to the load. The actual implementation of L-shaped plates in the form of two-long and short-sets is due to the fact that four rotors operate on one stator and they must be spread in the axial direction for a more compact arrangement and reduce the length of vertical sections of L-shaped magnetic circuits, Increases the length of horizontal sections, which almost affects the weight and dimensions.

The technical and economic advantage of this stator is its high processability, based on the modular structure of the L-shaped magnetic cores. This leads to a reduction in weight, dimensions, while the cost is the lowest possible, which is important for wind power plants.
