(EN) The invention relates to wind energy, or more precisely to control systems for wind power generators of predominantly segment type. The technical result is to stabilize the voltage level. For this purpose, the device comprises an excitation winding, a stator winding, rectification circuit diodes, a voltage regulator, a battery, and a step-up transformer with windings, a diode and a storage capacitor are further introduced.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

(EN) The invention relates to wind power, or more precisely to wind turbine generator, mainly segment type control systems.

Control systems for wind power units are known. For example, [1] describes control systems for wind power units of low-power DC power, alternating current of medium power, and high power for parallel operation in a common network.

In this case, in the case of the alternator control system, the stator windings of the generator are connected to diodes of the rectification circuit, which in turn are connected to a voltage regulator and a battery.

For the first time, the use of segmented electric generators in wind power was proposed in [2], where the segment-type wind power-generator control system, which is closest to the claimed control system, is described, which has a stator containing pole pieces and windings mounted on the traverse, with pole pieces magnetically connected to the rotors, and More precisely, periodically come into contact with them, while the rotors are made in the form of aerodynamic washers, which are biconcave disks, fixed at the ends of the blades as end wings (winglets). In this case, [2] provides a traditional control system, similar to the control systems of autotractor generators of relay type, providing for rectification of the current and work on the battery load.

The disadvantage of such a system is that when running high-speed wind-driven wagons with a minimum number of blades at wind speeds below nominal, there are voltage dips that can be eliminated either by increasing the wind speed, which may not be possible by natural conditions, or by increasing the number of blades with rotors, Which can lead to a decrease in the frequency of interaction between the rotor and the stator with increased wind speed due to large aerodynamic drag (decrease in the speed ratio), although the starting torque increases with the number of blades.

The invention is aimed at eliminating dips in the voltage curve, stabilizing the output power level while maintaining high mass and size parameters inherent in segmented electric generators.

The control system of the segment electric generators comprises an excitation winding, stator windings connected to diodes of the rectification circuit, which in turn are connected to a voltage regulator and a battery, the system further comprising a step-up transformer with windings, a diode and a storage capacitor, the input windings of the step-up transformer Connected to the stator windings, the output winding through the diode - with the storage capacitor, and the capacitor plates are connected to the regulator and the mass.

Achieving the technical result, stabilizing the voltage level is achieved due to the accumulation of energy in the capacitor at the moments of separation of the magnetic coupling of the rotors and stators.

The essence of the invention is illustrated by a drawing, which shows a diagram of a control system for segment electric generators.

CONTROL SYSTEM OF SEGMENT ELECTRIC GENERATORS

The diagram shows excitation winding 1 of an inductor generator, a three-phase stator winding with phase windings 2, 3 and 4 connected by a star, diodes 5 and 6 of a three-phase full-wave rectification circuit, a transformer with windings 7 and 8, a diode 9, a capacitor 10, voltage regulators 11, 12 and the battery 13, the excitation winding of the second generator 14.

The segmented electric generator control system comprising the above elements comprises the following connections between these elements. Windings 7 - primary transformers are connected each with phase windings 2, 3 and 4 respectively. The secondary winding 8 of the transformer through the diode 9 is connected to a storage capacitor 10, the lining of which is connected to the regulator 11 and to the ground. And there is a regulator 12 which is connected to the excitation winding 14 of the second generator (conditionally not shown in the diagram), and other similar generators can also be connected, which is typical, for example, for wind generators operating in a wind power plant-a wind dam.

In this case, in the case of the alternator control system, the stator windings of the generator are connected to diodes of the rectification circuit, which in turn are connected to a voltage regulator and a battery.

The operation of the control system is as follows. At the moment of magnetic contact between the rotor and the stator, a voltage is induced in the windings 2, 3 and 4, which then forms two power flows: the first, acting during the magnetic contact of the stator and the rotor, at which the voltage rectified by diodes 5 and 6 is supplied to the battery 13 and To consumers, and a second one, acting after the end of the magnetic contact as a result of discharging the capacitor 10 to the battery 13. The charge of the capacitor 10 occurs during the first power flow through the circuit: windings 2, 3 and 4, primary windings 7, secondary winding 8, diode 9 , The capacitor 10. The voltage regulation is carried out by the regulator 11, 12, etc. By means of the action (switching-off) of the corresponding excitation coils 1, 14, etc.

The advantages of this control system include the provision of continuous power supply and charging circuits, regardless of the presence or absence of magnetic contact between the stator and the rotor, which is important for an overwhelming number of consumers.
