DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of power engineering, and more particularly to the constructions of devices for converting wind energy into mechanical or energy energy.

The closest to the claimed technical solution is a wind turbine, which contains a wind wheel head, a tower, a foundation, stretches, a reducer and an operating element, for example a pump.

The disadvantage of the prototype is low profitability.

The object of the invention is to increase the economy by reducing the metal capacity, increasing the strength due to the possibility of giving the tower any predetermined shape.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the tower is made of a twisted metal tape, equipped with clips mounted on its ends, and a finned profile installed inside the tower, the direction of winding being connected with the direction of the wind wheel.

The installation comprises a head of a wind wheel 1 connected to a reduction gear 2 interfaced with an electric generator 3, a metal conical tube in the form of turns of a metal strip 4 provided with cages 5 at the ends of the pipe, a finned profile 6 installed inside the pipe and a tower 7. The direction of winding the tape 4 is related to Direction of rotation of the wind wheel 1. The turns of the tape and profile 6 are installed coaxially and rigidly fixed to each other, for example, by welding or polyester glue.

INSTALLATION WORKS AS FOLLOWING

Under the action of the wind flow, the head of the wind wheel turns into motion. 1. The rotation of the wind wheel 1 through the reduction gear 2 is transferred to the electric generator 3. When the wind wheel 1 rotates, the component of the twisting force acts due to the cornelis acceleration. The tower must be twisted. However, this impedes the turns of the tape 4 and the profile 6. The applied direction of winding the coils contributes to the strength of the structure, since it is chosen taking into account the direction of rotation of the wind wheel 1 and the work is done not by stretching, but by compressing the tower.

The finned profile 6 is intended for hardening the structure, it can be made of carbon fiber or basalt fiber by winding and has high strength at low weight.

The turns of the metal tape 4 are wound on the forming matrix and fixed to each other, for example, by welding. As a metal tape for the manufacture of turns, alloy steel with high rigidity can be used.

The components of the tower are light, which is convenient when transporting the unit.
