The invention relates to wind energy, namely, to the wind turbine. The inventive wind turbine comprises a tower 1 having a vane stabilizer 3 and the body 4, inside which are placed propeller 5 and 6 are rigidly connected respectively with the rotor 7 and kontrrotorom 8 an electric generator, and rotary in bearings 9 and 10, which are connected with the housing 4 three sleek spokes 11 each. A slip means arranged on the bearing housing 10, not shown. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to wind energy, namely, to the wind turbine having a generator rotor and kontrrotorom. The invention can be used in agriculture, and in any sector of the economy or research activities where the use of wind energy is available.
There are currently known a substantial number of Wind power generators or wind power installations, wind wheels with two (VC) opposite to each other the direction of rotation (see. AS USSR N 1402706, cl. The F 03 D 1/02, 1988) .
The disadvantages are the lack of compactness, the absence of any degree of self-regulation of the rotation speed windwheels excessively large moment of inertia of the rotating masses (as in the example above), use slow speed windwheels.
The prototype of the present invention is a device for converting wind energy, comprising a carrier horizontal body and disposed in the generator housing having an inner and outer rotors as well and two wind wheel (VC), connected directly to each one of the generator rotor, and based on the front and rear ends of the above-mentioned case (see. US patent N 4213057, cl. the F 03 D 1/02, published. 1980).
Disadvantages of the prototype are insufficient completeness and failure to adapt to any degree of self-regulation of the VC rotation speed depending on changes in wind power, which reduces the efficiency of the device.
The aim of the invention is to improve the efficiency of the wind turbine (OVC).
The goal is achieved by placing the VC inside the diffuser shell belts and using vihrekontsentratora (VIC).

The proposed wind power plant includes a tower 1 (sm.fig.1) carrying a turntable 2 having a stabilizer vane body 3 and 4, inside which are placed propeller 5 and 6, respectively rigidly connected to the rotor 7 and 8 kontrrotorom electric generator, and rotating in bearings 9 and 10, which are connected to the housing 4 by three spokes 11 each streamlined. A slip means arranged on the bearing housing 10, not shown.

VC 5 and BK 6 are three-bladed Fleet propeller blades which are capable under the emergency pressure of the wind flow to change the angle of its position, thus reducing the speed and its torque, and the location of the blade provides the opposite direction of rotation of the VC 5 and BK 6 with respect to one another .
Proposed wind power unit (WPU) works as follows. At rated speed of wind flow Vihrekontsentrator (VIC) 13 is positioned so that it formed a vortex partially truncated top edge confuser housing 4 and the rotor 5 VC, and 7 VC kontrrotorom 6 to 8 are rated speed.
When reducing the speed of the spring winds 15 overpowering wind flow pressure on the VIC 13 and sailing shanks 16 make VIC 13 to turn so that, concurrently with increasing PEC 13, angle of attack, he creates a vortex close to the center of inlets body 4, causing compensate for the reduction of wind speed and to maintain the speed of rotation of the rotors windwheels and in the former regime.
With increasing wind, on the contrary, under the influence of the wind flow in the VIC 13 sailing and shanks 16 VIC 13 reduces the angle of attack, thus weakening the whirlwind and in alignment confusor housing 4, which contributes to maintaining the value of the speed of rotation of the rotors and windwheels. When the emergency power of the wind reaches 13 VIC feathered position, and it is directed vortex created by the housing convergent channel 4. And then the speed control VC 5, 6 VC, the rotor hub 7 and 8 is due to the elastic rotating blades VC 5.6.
Swirl concentrator (VIC) 2 o C7 times increases the power of wind turbines (see. "Wind" under red.D. De Renzo, M. 1982, p.146). The use of diffusers enhances the power of wind turbines in the 1,5 o C2 times (sm.tam same, p.137), but also provides damping of wind gusts.
Unlike the prototype, the proposed wind power installation has a compact propeller located within a housing having a diffuser zone in places windwheels location, and in front of inlets housing is relatively compact, self-regulating vihrekontsentrator the wing.
The use of the present invention will significantly increase the efficiency of the wind turbine, as in the same rotor diameter power developed by its rotors will increase at least three times (according to the test data, see. "Wind" under red.D. de Renzo).
CLAIM
