DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the selection and transformation of dispersed energy from the environment, and more particularly to the use of a natural air flow with conversion to electrical energy.
A device for the selection and transformation of dispersed energy from the environment is known, including solar converters and windmills with a vertical axis of rotation, provided with blades that perceive the flow of air rising through the pipe (see Wind Energy, pp. D.Renzo, M. Energoizdat, 1982 , Pp. 25-27).
In said device, a known property of heated air is used to rise upward in a confined space of the pipe and to rotate the vane devices installed therein to convert the energy of the air flow.
The disadvantage of this device is that the natural air flow is not directly captured by the blades, and as a consequence, the low efficiency of the device.
There is a well-known modern design of a multi-bladed wind turbine on a reinforced concrete trestle (see the journal "Engineer" No. 2 of article "If the wind is bridled" by A. Vashenko, p. 34, M. 1992).
In industrial power plants, to which this device can be assigned, torque conversion presents the greatest difficulties due to the enormous magnitude of the transformed moments, and also the solution of the problem of reducing the noise of rotating blades.

The disadvantages of the "windmill" device include the need for a wind tracking mechanism for the same perception of its blades from either side and the possibility of installing large blades with their fastening and the perception of a counterflow of wind.
