The invention relates to wind power engineering, namely to a wind turbine with vertical axis of rotation. The technical result consists in increasing the energy efficiency of the wind, simplifying the design and improving reliability of the wind turbine, it is provided by the fact that the wind turbine comprising a shaft with attached to it traverses the suspension of the wings, according to the invention has a traction control wings and generator and wind wings hinged at the ends of the axes traverses at a point between the front edge of the wing and its center of pressure and connected with the swash windmill consisting of rings on the windmill shaft, connected by rods and hinges on the wing at a point between the wing center of pressure, and a rear edge, and the carriages on the ring swash, with the wind turbine comprises a ring machine, change the eccentricity of the ring relative to the shaft of the windmill.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to wind power engineering, namely to a wind turbine with vertical axis of rotation.
Known rotor of wind turbine comprising a vertical shaft, the radial yoke, shaped rotary blade axial hinges and hinge axis in the circumferential direction are inclined in the same direction, and the shaft has a radius smaller than the distance from its axis to the proximal edge of each blade at any of positions of the latter ( cm. SU, 1645602 A1, cl. F 03 D 7/06, 30.04.1991).
The disadvantage of the proposed design is a small capacity rotor design complexity and low reliability when a sudden gust of wind because of the large number of moving parts unprotected.
Known wind turbine comprising a wind wheel disposed behind the head with blades mounted on a shaft with the possibility of deviation from the plane of propeller rotation under the action of wind and provided with a synchronizing mechanism sprung sleeves. Moreover blades combined into two symmetrical relative to the center plane group, each of which is provided with a semicircle and is pivotally connected with the thrust blades are mounted on a common shaft through the motor and the hinge mechanism is provided with a start and stop.
The disadvantage is poor reliability, and design complexity.
Known wind turbine comprising a shaft with attached to it traverses wings suspension (see. RU, 2042044 C1, cl. The F 03 D 3/00, 20.08.1995), taken as a prototype.
Disadvantages are the low reliability of the windmill in case of sudden changes in wind speed, design complexity, and the inability to modify a torque on the generator shaft if required.

CLAIM
1. Wind turbine comprising a shaft with attached to it traverses suspension wings, characterized in that a thrust generator and control wings, wind turbine wings being hinged on the ends of the traverse axis at a point between the front edge of the wing and its center of pressure and connected with the swash windmill consisting of a ring on the shaft of the wind turbine, connected by rods and hinges on the wing at a point between the center of pressure of the wing and the trailing edge, and carriages on the ring of the swash plate, and the wind turbine comprises a ring machine, change the eccentricity of the ring relative to the shaft of the windmill.
2. Turbine according to claim 1, characterized in that the drive machine windmill imbalance further comprises rocker rod for connection with the ring-wing swash plate, wherein the swash ring hung on the windmill shaft to vary the angle of inclination thereto, and a height position of the shaft.
