The invention relates to wind power engineering and can be used to drive an electric generator. The technical result consists in simplifying the structure, increasing the reliability and efficiency of the turbine is provided by the fact that the wind turbine comprising a vertical shaft with arms at the ends of which are attached movable eccentric blade and a flat panel about a shaft, according to the invention the shaft radially fixed plate, at the ends of which are mounted power generator comprising a stator and a moveable rotor fixed rigidly to the shaft and having a cylindrical head which is rested coil spring, and the opposite side of the rod is fixed a washer with pin contacting through absorber and dielectric pucks with a stator secured to the plate having a back side glass, and it is fixedly attached to the head cushion plate in contact with the blade, wherein the shock absorber and the resilient disk made, for example, of rubber.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to wind power engineering and can be used to drive an electric generator.

Known wind turbine comprising a vertical shaft attached to it horizontal arms, blades, rods, piston damper (see. SU, 1456639 A1, cl. F 03 D 3/02, 07.02.1989).

Known wind turbine has a complicated structure and low efficiency.

Known wind turbine has a developed system of panels that reduce the energy of the wind flow and facilitate the translation of the blades from the working position in the directional. Pressing of the inner parts of the blades to the panels in the operative position is not used to obtain additional amounts of, for example, electrical energy. The absence of the shock absorber (rubber or otherwise) between the blades and the panels leads to their mutual and premature wear.

Wind turbine 1 comprises a vertical shaft with two arms, the ends of which are attached to the movable blade 3. Wind turbine works as follows
