DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to hydropower construction and hydropower and is designed to generate electricity at work (neperemerzayuschih) rivers without dams, t. E. The aim of the invention is to provide a hydraulic wheel, which will ensure efficient operation of hydropower stations on the base of all workers (neperemerzayuschih) rivers.
