The invention is intended for use by surf the flow of energy from the shores of seas, oceans and large bodies of water by converting it into electricity. Power located under water contains volnopriemnuyu blade mounted swingably about an axis, a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor to an electric generator. Volnopriemnaya blade is integrated with a middle portion of its accumulator and a drain tank, and the hydraulic pump is a two-way and diaphragm. Elastic membrane located on the outer sides volnopriemnoy blade. Construction work device can improve reliability and to allow for industrial power generation.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to hydropower, namely the use of flow energy surf off the coast of the seas, oceans and large bodies of water by converting it into electricity.

Known surf hydroelectric power plant, which contains a swinging around the horizontal axis of the partially submerged blade and above the water level of a piston pump, a water turbine and generator. Vane pump is kinematically connected with a piston via the shaft, fixed on it and a crank arm. The pump is connected by means of pipelines with a pond and a water turbine. Under the action of the surf and flow blade deflected through the shaft, and the crank lever actuates the piston pump. Undertow blade deviates to the starting position.

The disadvantage of the device is the complexity of its kinematic scheme and low reliability.

Known and accepted as a prototype surf hydroelectric power plant (№2009367, publ. 10.10.2000, №28 BI, 2000) containing volnopriemnuyu blade mounted for rocking about an axis piston pump and hydraulic turbine (hydraulic motor) to an electric generator, the blade and piston pump disposed below the water level and are mounted pivotally about vertical axes and the working surface of the blade is made variable by means of the power cylinder.

The disadvantage is the complexity described hydroelectric structures, the need to install seals at the piston pump and the intermittent supply of the working fluid in the hydraulic motor connected with the nature of the work of a piston pump, which makes it difficult industrial power generation.

The invention solves the problem of simplifying the construction of hydroelectric power plants, improve the reliability of its work and to allow industrial power generation.

The required technical result is achieved by the fact that a certain hydroelectric containing beneath the water volnopriemnuyu blade mounted for rocking about an axis, a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor with electric, volnopriemnuyu blade invited to perform with the built in its middle part of the accumulator and drain the tank, and hydraulic pump diaphragm and perform two-way. The elastic membrane is proposed to place on the outer sides of the blade volnopriemnoy.

Hydroelectric power plant consists of two fortified in the surf zone at a distance from each other (Figure 1) vertical supports 7, interconnected by two transverse beams 5 and 6, a platform for the installation of the hydraulic motor 2 with an electric generator 3. On the beams 5 volnopriemnaya fixed blade 11 rockably in a certain range around the vertical axis 10.

Volnopriemnaya blade 11 comprises a shell 12 (Figure 2) fixed to the inner walls 13 forming a cavity with the shell 14 and the accumulator tank drain 19 separated by a horizontal partition (on the drawing shown, but not labeled). External wall volnopriemnoy blades 11 are formed as resilient membrane 15 of the diaphragm pump. The elastic membrane 15 may be formed with the springs 16, giving them extra elasticity, and without them. The inner walls 13 volnopriemnoy blade 11 and its external elastic membrane 15 form a cavity 18 of the diaphragm pump. 20 Suction and discharge valves 17 can be placed on the inner walls 13 (Figure 2) and the cowling 12 in special housings 8, 9 (Figure 1). The second option is preferable as it allows quick replacement of valves.

Hydroelectric works as follows. When exposed to the surf flow on the left-hand diaphragm 15 (2), it bends toward the inside of the rigid wall 13, the discharge valve 17 opens and the hydraulic fluid from the cavity 18 of the left diaphragm pump is supplied under pressure in the accumulator 14, where the discharge pressure on the hydraulic line 1 is fed to the hydraulic motor 2, the rotation shaft is transmitted to the power generator 3. The working fluid of hydraulic line 4 is drained to the tank 19. at the same time the right membrane 15 bends under the influence of elastic forces in the direction opposite the wall 13, the suction valve 20 opens the discharge valve 17 is closed and the working liquid from the tank 19 fills the cavity 18 of the right diaphragm pump. Under the influence of the recoil wave surf flow right diaphragm pump works on injection, the left - on the absorption.

Increased pressure in the gas accumulator cavity 14 (P> P atm) aligns the supply of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic motor 2, thereby providing uniform of his work, but also stable operation of the power generator 2.

It hydroelectric perform as a unit comprising volnopriemnuyu blade, two membrane pump, drain the tank and the accumulator makes the construction more simple and maximally adapted to the perception of the surf and flow energy transformation to hydraulic fluid pressure energy, and then into electrical energy.
