The invention relates to a system for converting an AC voltage to an AC with an intermediate DC to DC converter, using an electric machine converter to vary the voltage and the number of phases with frequency and voltage stabilization, and comprises several DC generators, rectifiers, a buffer battery station, a reverse electronic frequency controller The rotation of the shaft of the DC motor, the DC motor with a tachogenerator and a synchronous generator. The conversion system is effective because of the coordinated flywheel moment of the drive motor and the synchronous generator. The output of the three-phase voltage can be expanded by separate modules. The invention can be advantageously used in free-flowing hydroelectric power plants. The technical result is an increase in the stability of the output voltage.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to voltage converters with the subsequent stabilization of voltage and frequency for electric power received from free-flowing hydroelectric power stations and can be used in energy supply systems produced by renewable energy sources (such as wind farms, solar power plants, thermal power stations, geothermal power plants, etc.).

The invention is known as the "Load Power Device", RF patent No. 1709461, H01J 7/35, intended for DC power supply from a constant speed generator with a stable speed and including: a DC generator, a buffer battery, a current limiting system Load. The disadvantage of this device is that it is impossible to use it for an unstable rotating rotor of a direct current generator and for consumers of an alternating current.

The invention is known as the "Device for protection against exceeding the speed of rotation of an electromagnetic converter", RF patent No. 1569930, H 02 H 7/093, in which a DC drive motor having a speed controller is connected to a shaft with a synchronous generator. Frequency and voltage of the output synchronous generator by the speed controller of the direct-current drive motor in the presence of an external source of power supply The disadvantage of this device is the fact that it is impossible to use it in the absence of an external power source or in the presence of an unstable source of alternating voltage.

The present invention is a multi-channel connection of DC generators operating on a single buffer storage station. Since the shafts of each of the DC generators rotate the hydraulic part of the free-flowing hydroelectric power station, the rotation of the shaft can not be stabilized. There is no feedback between the speed of the river flow and the frequency of rotation of the shaft of the generator of direct current. Therefore, each DC generator charges its battery or capacitor through a rectifier. The buffer battery station contains at least two batteries or capacitors connected in series or in parallel to obtain the required voltage at the output of the battery station. In the form of an embodiment of the system, the buffer battery station may comprise at least three batteries and a capacitor connected in parallel and in series. The capacity of the battery station is determined by the total power of the DC generators.

The voltage of the battery station is fed by a reversible electronic speed controller for the DC motor drive motor. A tachogenerator is located on the shaft of the reversible DC drive motor, which is connected to an electronic speed controller. The shaft of a constant-current drive motor is kinematically connected to the shaft of a synchronous three-phase generator. The speed controller stabilizes the speed at a given level to obtain a stable frequency and voltage at the output of the synchronous generator. For the optimum conversion of the electric power of the buffer battery station, the mechanical flywheel of the drive motor is consistent with the flywheel moment of the synchronous generator, the DC motor being selected with the highest flywheel moment, and the synchronous generator with the minimum flywheel, for certain nominal powers.

The proposed invention is shown in the figure, where 1 is a direct current generator, 2 is a rectifier, 3 is a buffer storage station, 4 is a reverse electronic speed controller for a DC motor, 5 is a tacho generator, 6 is a DC motor, and 7 is a synchronous generator.

SYSTEM OF TRANSFORMATION AND STABILIZATION OF ELECTRIC VOLTAGE OF A RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCE

Several DC generators 1 charge the buffer storage station 3 through rectifiers 2. The supply circuit of the reverse electronic speed controller of the motor 4 of the DC motor 4 is connected to the storage station 3, the control circuit is connected to the tacho generator 5, the actuating circuit is connected to the driving reversible DC motor 6, The latter is connected kinematically along the shaft with the synchronous generator shaft.

Comparative analysis with an analog allows us to conclude that the claimed technical solution meets the criterion of the invention "novelty".

Increasing the economy and efficiency of the system is achieved: by using standard exhaust models of electric motors and generators, by matching the voltage and power consumption, by matching the mechanical characteristics of the DC motor and synchronous generator, by converting the unstable alternating voltage into a constant current type, and then By energizing the motor matched by the mechanical characteristics, it is possible to stabilize the rotation frequency of its shaft and obtain a stabilized three-phase voltage at the output.

When searching in the patent and scientific and technical literature, no system for converting and stabilizing the electrical voltage of renewable energy sources with a constant current generator, a reversible speed controller for the DC motor shaft, a buffer battery station, rectifiers, a DC electric motor, a synchronous generator was not found. Thus, the proposed technical solution meets the criterion of "essential differences".

The use of the proposed system increases the efficiency of free-flowing hydroelectric power plants. Allows the total capacity to bring to the required by the user by summing the capacities of individual modules. Allows the use of unstable voltage by converting it to power industrial consumers with a stable three-phase voltage.
