The battery is designed to be used as a secondary power source, for example in an aggregate with generating units using alternative energy sources: sun, wind, sea waves. The device comprises a supporting structure in the form of a lifting and transporting mechanism comprising a rectangular frame with wheels having the ability to move along the guides fixed to the vertical supports in the longitudinal direction, the carriage on wheels with the possibility of moving along the guide frames in the transverse direction, chain sprockets with a chain, Hook for hanging weights, reducer, brake, shaft and capacity for the free end of the chain. Three chain sprockets connected by a traction chain are mounted on the cart, one of which is driven kinematically by the gearbox and then through a pair of bevel gears with a traction motor adapted for operation in the recovery mode, and on the driven sprockets two fixed asterisks, Chain. The design of the battery makes it possible to improve its weight-dimension characteristics and increase the reliability of operation.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention is intended for use in the power industry as a secondary source of power supply in various sectors of the national economy, and can be built into various technological schemes associated with the use of alternative energy sources: the sun, wind, sea waves ...

A gravitational accumulator is known (patent RU 2216645 C2, IPC 7 F 03 G 3/00, 27.05.2003) having a carrier structure in the form of a hoisting-and-transport mechanism containing a rectangular frame with wheels with the possibility of moving along guides fixed to vertical supports in Longitudinal direction, a cart on wheels with the ability to move along the guide frames in the transverse direction, a chain block with chain sprockets and two clips: the upper one, to which the chain connecting the cages is attached, and the lower gear, equipped with a hook for hanging weights, a gearbox kinematically connected with the pulley, Brake, reversing mechanism, automatic stepless gearbox, generator, motor, shaft, set of weights and capacity for the free end of the chain.

The disadvantages of the prototype include the unwieldiness of the kinematic scheme with the ensuing consequences.

The aim of the invention is to simplify the kinematic scheme and to obtain new technical capabilities of the gravitational battery, thus contributing to the development of alternative energy.

This technical result is achieved by the fact that a gravitational battery with a weight drive has a supporting structure in the form of a lifting and transporting mechanism containing a rectangular frame with wheels with the possibility of moving along guides fixed on vertical supports in the longitudinal direction, a cart on wheels with the possibility of moving along the guide rails In the transverse direction, a cart on wheels, on which are mounted three chain sprockets, united by a traction chain, one of which is driven kinematically connected to the reducer and then through a pair of bevel gears with a traction motor; Two asterisks, located concentrically on the driven sprockets, brutally fastened to them, united by a separate chain.

The proposed battery is characterized in that the drive is in the form of a cart on wheels, on which are mounted three chain sprockets, united by a traction chain, one of which is driven kinematically connected to the reducer and then through a pair of bevel gears with a traction motor; Two asterisks, located concentrically on the driven sprockets, firmly fixed on them, united by a separate chain.

GRAVITATIONAL BATTERY

The invention is illustrated by a graphical material, in which FIG. 1 shows a general view of a gravitational battery, and FIG. 2 is a view on A-A of FIG. 1.

The carrier structure of the battery (FIG. 1) has a frame 1 on wheels 2, guides 3, vertical supports 4, a cart 5 on wheels 6, guides 7, a drive made in the form of three asterisks 8, 9, 10 mounted on a cart 5 connected by a chain 11, sprockets 12, 13 connected by a chain 14, a reducer 15 (Figure 2), a pair of bevel gears 16, a brake 17, a traction motor 18, a hook 19 for a weight 20, a shaft 21, a container for the free end of the chain 22.

The operation of the battery is reduced to loading and unloading the kit of weights into the shaft and back. Unloading and stacking weights near the mine, we charge the battery. Lowering the weight in the shaft, the traction motor gives energy to the consumer.

The battery uses a DC traction motor with a mixed excitation system complete with standard starting equipment adapted for operation in the recovery mode.

Asterisks 12, 13, rigidly seated on the driven sprockets and chain 14, help to ensure the synchronization of the entire system under various modes of rewinding the chain 11.
