SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: The device comprises a receiving antenna, a system of dome-shaped triboelements and a discharge element in the form of a needle connected to a lower triboelement, and a grounded disc. When exposed to atmospheric phenomena (storms, rain, snow) on tribo-cells, an additional charge appears, which increases the field strength in the discharge element, thereby increasing the efficiency of the device.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to physics, in particular to electrotechnical devices for the use of atmospheric electricity.
A device for the use of atmospheric electricity is known, comprising a capacitor of variable capacity, one of the plates of which is connected by an air network and one of the spark gap arrester, and to the other plate a wire is connected to the ground and a second electrode of the arrester, and between it and the grounded capacitor plate A self-induction coil is included in which an alternating current is generated in the coil of self-induction, connected by a magnetic flux with a coil, when a spark gap is broken through the growth of the voltage on the capacitor under the influence of atmospheric electricity.
The disadvantage of this device is its low efficiency due to the fact that only the potential difference between the antenna point of the "panicle" receiving device and the Earth is used, which is insignificant in real constructions of the lifts of the antenna device.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency by additional introduction of a system of domed tribo-cells that are electrified under the influence of various meteorological phenomena (rain, blizzard, dust storms, snowfall, etc.).

DEVICE WORKS AS FOLLOWING
Dome triboelements located vertically and connected to a cross-shaped antenna allow for a minimum volume to create a maximum surface for the implementation of triboelectrification by various atmospheric factors, similar to the electrification of the hulls of aircraft. As a result, a potential difference arises between the upper electrically charged needle electrode and the lower electrode.
In the period of blizzards, rain, thunderstorms, this process (the accumulation of electrical charges) is greatly enhanced due to the use of the developed surface of the domes.
The increase in voltage between the electrodes also depends on the height of the upper electrode (with the antenna and the dome-shaped triboelements), since E z the vertical component of the Earth's electric field is up to 200 V / m from the Earth's surface, increasing during the perturbation period (rain, snowstorm, thunderstorm) . The needle allows maximum concentration of field strength for breakdown of the discharge gap.
The invention makes it possible to increase the accumulation of electric charges from the atmosphere and, consequently, to create a higher voltage between the electrodes, i. E. Strengthen efficiency.
The dielectric casing is not limited to the functional role of the antenna lift and domed triboelements, but protects external electrical noise, enhances operational safety.
