DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to converter equipment, in particular to the secondary power source with an improved power factor consumed sinusoidal current from the mains, and can be widely used for powering various electrical devices, power electronics, etc.

Known circuits of secondary power sources that ensure the stabilization of the output voltage and power factor correction made on the basis of the pulse step-up voltage regulator, which is the envelope of the current throttle, ie the current consumed by the network, is almost sinusoidal on the time interval of each half cycle of the supply voltage [1].

The main disadvantages of these sources are relatively low reliability, high cost and high noise levels, especially at high powers, as the clock frequency of the controller for two-three orders of magnitude higher than the frequency of the mains.

The closest technical solution chosen as a prototype, is a secondary power source to the low-frequency power factor correction [2], the scheme which includes series-connected choke and rectifier included between the input voltage source and the output capacitor filter with a load; key scheme, which provides energy storage in the inductor and decoupling capacitor filter with a load at the time of open state of the key. The control circuit key provides its opening at the adjustment time period in the first half of each half-cycle for a fixed value of the time of unlocking or locking, such that the current drawn from the network to the rated load, has a shape close to a sinusoidal, while the output voltage varies directly input.

The main disadvantage of prior art is the lack of stabilization of the output voltage and low power factor at low loads.

The technical result in the achievement of which the claimed invention is to extend the functionality and increase the reliability of the source of stabilized voltage from the low-frequency power factor correction, namely giving the source function of the output voltage regulation via the formation of the key control signal.

This object is achieved by the fact that the source of stabilized voltage from the low-frequency correction of power factor introduced source of stable DC voltage reference coupled to the circuit key key control circuit that regulates the start and time of energy storage in the inductor and limiting the maximum duration of the open state of the key schemes key and a current sensor connected between the rectifier output and the load, wherein one of the power terminals key key scheme combined with the current sensor terminal connected to the output load.

Stabilized power sources with low frequency correction factor POWER

The claimed scheme for this source is represented in the drawing, which shows serially connected inductor L and the rectifier V, connected between a source of a sinusoidal voltage U Rin and an output filter capacitance C R n with the load. Parallel input rectifier circuit connected key CK, which provides energy storage in the inductor and decoupling capacitor filter with a load during the open state of the key key scheme.

Driving SS key management associated with the inlet and outlet of the constant-voltage low-frequency power factor correction; a current sensor terminals D t between the output of the rectifier and the load R V n, and a pin with a source key CK and the stable DC reference voltage U supports. As a result of the comparison of the reference and output voltages and the signal is removed from the current sensor, generate signals for controlling the power on and the duration of the open state of a key circuit key, which ensures minimal phase shift between the input voltage sine wave and the first harmonic current drawn from the network, but also to stabilize output voltage at a level equal to or greater than the maximum input voltage amplitude. Thus, the control circuit provides optimum circuit operation key switch is a wide range of supply voltage and load resistance, which allows to achieve high power factor values.

Sensor current Rm provides control current form, consumed from the network, a ban on the opening of the key at the current key scheme, unequal to zero and limit the maximum duration of the open state during switching of load, ensuring reliable operation of the key and the whole scheme as a whole.

Source Scheme is implemented on an elemental basis of wide application, does not require unique technologies and therefore industrially applicable.
