The invention relates to the field of petroleum refining and petrochemistry, particularly to a gasoline composition for use in internal combustion engines. Object of the invention - the creation of a fuel composition of low cost while maintaining a high octane number value and the possibility of using straight run gasoline as the base fuel. It is achieved by the fuel composition includes straight-run gasoline, triphenylamine, dipropilketon, methylpropanol, Ethylbutyraldehyde aldehyde, alpha-pinene, monomethylaniline, xylene, tar birch. fuel composition components are added to the straight-run gasoline at a concentration of 5%. The fuel composition has a low cost, non-toxic.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to oil refining and petrochemistry, particularly to gasoline compositions for use in internal combustion engines.

Currently known automotive gasoline fuel composition which additionally contains 5-40 vol. C 4 -C 8 alcohols and 0.1-25 vol. water / EPO application N 0064253, C 10 L 1/02, 1982 /. The base fuel was added the methyl, ethyl, isopropyl, tert-butyl alcohol and tretamilovy.

The disadvantage is its relatively low efficiency and poor thermal properties.

The closest to the proposed fuel is a petroleum-based composition containing additives as octane isopropyl alcohol by-products in production amount of 5-20 wt. / RF patent N2044033, cl. C 10 L 1/18, 1993 /.

The disadvantages are high fuel composition of high content of additives resulting fuel has a high cost, and the inability to achieve high octane value when used as a gasoline base fuel virgin fractions.

Object of the invention the fuel composition creating a low cost while maintaining a high octane number value and the possibility of using straight run gasoline as the base fuel.

This is achieved by the fact that to the base fuel to form a fuel composition added to the mixture, which contains monomethylaniline with the formula C 6 H 5 NHCH 3, xylene, with the formula C 6 H 4 CH 3 CH 3, triphenylamine formula / C 6 H 5/3 N , formula methylpropanol C / CH 3/3 OH, an aldehyde of formula Ethylbutyraldehyde / C 2 H 5/2 CHCHO, dipropilketon formula / C 3 H 7/2 CO, alpha-pinene, birch tar.

The mixing ratio may be equal, by weight.

  • Triphenylamine 2 (0.2-10)
  • Dipropilketon 8 (0.8-20)
  • Methylpropanol 10 (1-30)
  • Ethylbutyraldehyde aldehyde 10 (1-30)
  • Alpha-pinene 10 (1-30)
  • Monomethylaniline 20 (2-40)
  • Xylene 30 (3-50)
  • Tar birch 10 (1-30)

The synergistic effect of the components of the mixture is achieved by potentiating hydroperoxide decomposition of hydrocarbons produced in the engine combustion chamber, by reacting components of the mixture forming active intermediates. Potentiating effect is due to different mechanisms and anti-knock effect of each component that makes it possible to achieve all the steps of the non-additive in the fuel composition.

Proposed fuel composition is widely used in the chemical industry and other areas of the economy hydrocarbon compounds.

several fuel compositions were prepared using the mixture.

The base fuel used straight-run gasoline: gasoline naphtha, a fraction of 30-180 o SI

Fuel compositions were prepared by mixing the base fuel and complex mixtures.

Detonation characteristics of the obtained compositions are presented in the table.

Using as a base fuel naphtha by introducing a mixture of components may be obtained for internal combustion engines of gasoline A-76/10 of Article 2084-77 /.

The advantages offered by the fuel composition include its low cost, as many of its member high-octane additives are byproducts of chemical production.

Using the proposed fuel composition reduces exhaust emissions by reducing the level of CO on nitric oxide 10-20% 5-10%
